★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ragazzi non andateci , soldi buttati , premierei solo la tranquillità ma pulizia niente , forno a microonde sporco , lenzuola dure e da far venire prurito , non c'è un minimo profumo di pulito , bagni adatti solo per gli hobbit , mobili piazzati li , presi non so da dove , non credete alle foto . 2 notti a fine settembre 300 € senza colazione. Mi aspettavo almeno un cocktail di benvenuto ma nulla ..... lasciate ogni speranza voi che entrate.....
 Guys don't go, money down the drain, only peace of mind but no cleanliness, dirty microwave oven, hard and itchy sheets, not the slightest scent of clean, bathrooms suitable only for hobbits, furniture placed there, taken I don't know where, don't believe the photos. 2 nights at the end of September 300 € without breakfast. I was expecting at least a welcome cocktail but nothing ..... leave all hope you who enter .....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La signora Doda è gentilissima e disponibile, ha sempre risposto subito ai miei messaggi.
La struttura è incantevole, un piccolo borgo immerso nella pace, con una vista mozzafiato. Perfetto per rilassarsi e godersi l'Umbria.
Le camere sono molto belle, ricavate nelle vecchie abitazioni di roccia e nonostante la colazione nn fosse inclusa in camera abbiamo trovato caffè, latte e pasticceria per la colazione.
Inoltre sono disponibile sconti per le cascate e alcuni ristoranti della zona.
Ms. Doda is very kind and helpful, she always replied immediately to my messages.
The structure is charming, a small village immersed in peace, with a breathtaking view. Perfect for relaxing and enjoying Umbria.
The rooms are very nice, made in old rock houses and although breakfast was not included in the room we found coffee, milk and pastries for breakfast.
Discounts are also available for the falls and some restaurants in the area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Molto bello: la guesthouse è ricavata da un paesino abbandonato che è stato ristrutturato e rimesso a nuovo. Le camere sono provviste di tutto il necessario. Il servizio é stato ottimo. Ci ritorneró sicuramente!
Very nice: the guesthouse is obtained from an abandoned village that has been renovated and refurbished. The rooms are equipped with everything you need. The service was great. I will definitely be back!

We had a beautiful time with Owners in theire fantastic real done Project on the top of a little hill in a kind of Medieval Village...
Very Clean and confortable rooms. Good WiFi. Also Covid rules are ok. Very cool outside Grill Station for self-cooking Fans...
Nature all around the place is powerfull and get to you inspirations...
Near, not far, from normal humans installations ?, near to Marmore Falls, and spectacular Owners!
If you want to live a little tale to...tell at your return, come here and...
...Have your good time...out of time...!!!????
P.s. We are thinking to reserve the location for New Year Celebration with our Friends...and you?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We spent 3 days at the Guesthouse Runcini immersed in the nature of an ancient village that has been wisely renovated. The breathtaking landscape gives tranquility and peace while the history all around makes this small village an enchanting place. Doda's welcome is unique, availability, courtesy and friendliness made our stay even more enjoyable. Not to be underestimated is the excellent location with respect to the most important places of interest such as the Piediluco lake, the Marmore waterfalls, the lovely Scheggino and much more. In short, not to be missed even for those traveling with family. A place away from everyone .. one step away from everything! Highly recommended!
