★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura per due notti, e ci siamo trovati veramente bene. Appartamento molto pulito, dotato di tutti i comfort, una zona esterna veramente da sogno, proprietari sempre gentili e disponibili. L'unica pecca è che l appartamento non è semplicissimo da raggiungere partendo dal parcheggio, per il resto è stato un soggiorno perfetto. Torneremo sicuramente
 We stayed in this hotel for two nights, and we really enjoyed it. Very clean apartment, equipped with all comforts, a truly dreamy outdoor area, always kind and helpful owners. The only flaw is that the apartment is not easy to reach starting from the parking lot, otherwise it was a perfect stay. We will definitely be back

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il proprietario, un uomo tuttofare, e la sua famiglia sono persone molto amichevoli in grado di creare un'atmosfera davvero piacevole e spensierata. La terrazza dove abbiamo mangiato gode di una vista meravigliosa della valle.
Da tornarci assolutamente.
The owner, a handyman, and his family are very friendly people who can create a really nice and carefree atmosphere. The terrace where we ate has a wonderful view of the valley.
To go back absolutely.

Vista mozzafiato dai terrazzini fronte appartamento.... veramente consigliato

We stayed in this wonderful place over the Halloween weekend ..... the houses are beautiful, equipped with everything that was needed and more. The owners very kind.
Breathtaking view from the terraces in front of the apartment .... really recommended

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Location eccezionale! Vicino alle cascate e punto strategico per visitare la Valnerina . Paolo e la moglie ci hanno accolto in questo posto magici ai piedi della Rocca. Gli appartamenti sono dotati di tutti i confort e in più c’è uno spazio comune con barbecure e tavolata che ci ha permesso di pranzare tutto insieme . Infatti eravamo un gruppo numeroso (10 tra grandi e piccini) e la bella giornata di sole ci ha permesso di pranzare all’aria sulla terrazza con vista mozzafiato. Nel residence c’è anche la piscina ( ora chiusa ma in estate sicuramente aperta) e una sauna . Gli appartamenti sono dislocati all’interno di un borgo spettacolare. Un po difficoltoso da trovare ma che grazie a Paolo abbiamo immediatamente trovato. Da tornare anche in estate .
Exceptional location! Close to the waterfalls and strategic point for visiting the Valnerina. Paolo and his wife welcomed us in this magical place at the foot of the Rocca. The apartments are equipped with all comforts and in addition there is a common area with a barbecue and table that allowed us to have lunch all together. In fact we were a large group (10 between adults and children) and the beautiful sunny day allowed us to have lunch in the air on the terrace with breathtaking views. In the residence there is also a swimming pool (now closed but certainly open in summer) and a sauna. The apartments are located within a spectacular village. A little difficult to find but thanks to Paolo we immediately found. To come back also in summer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A magical view, transcendence, tranquil. The host greeted us with a bottle of the local wine, a perfect stay for much too short. He even called ahead to make a reservation at a restaurant. 5-stars. He made us feel like rock stars.
Very pleasant accommodation, multiple verandas, sauna, swimming pool. Le Rocche has it all.

Paolo the owner is very friendly and met us in the village square and showed us the way.
The appartment is clean and comfortable even a dishwasher and air conditioning,alt although all the services are metered.
