Sono stata 2 gg insieme alla mia famiglia c'era polvere ovunque alta un dito ragnatele ...Mai più. Peccato perché il luogo dove si trova è fantastico a soli 5 min dalle cascate! I put a star only because the place where it is located is beautiful but the rest is not classifiable !! In one word DIRTY !!! G	Gianluca Dara on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Locale un po' trasandato, non molto pulito nelle parti comuni, colazione con merendine un po' invecchiate, prezzo secondo me alto. L unica cosa positiva lo sconto famiglia per l ingresso alle cascate. Slightly shabby place, not very clean in the common areas, breakfast with snacks slightly aged, price in my opinion high. The only positive thing is the family discount for the entrance to the falls.

Un po' meno per i muri con macchie di umidità e cucinino con frigo non pulitissimo. Cozy, informal. Too bad for the adjoining bedroom on the main street and restaurant below, not very quiet. Clean floors and good bathroom. A little less for walls with damp spots and a kitchenette with a not-so-clean fridge.
I	Ilaria Gori on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se dovete passare qualche giorno alla Cascata delle Marmore questo affitta camere/appartamenti è davvero delizioso. Vicinissimo all'ingresso inferiore della cascata, quasi si potrebbe raggiungere a piedi lasciando la macchina nell'ampio parcheggio sterrato a disposizione degli appartamenti e del ristorante sottostante. Andando in direzione della cascata si trova sulla destra ed è una grande casa di colore azzurro, l'accesso è dall'interno del parcheggio. Disposto su due piani ha un che di casa coloniale con due colonne bianche lungo la facciata, il colore pastello dell'intonaco. Le camere sono ampie e spaziose, arredate con cura con mobili nuovi in stile retrò, dotate di cucina per i soggiorni più lunghi e l'atmosfera che si respira è davvero piacevole. Accoglienza cordiale e le mail di conferma di prenotazione sono ricche di informazioni utili sulle attività da fare nei dintorni. Inoltre soggiornando li avete la possibilità di accedere alle cascate per due giorni al costo ridotto di 5€. Non sono compresi la colazione e i pasti ma se siete interessati potete usufruire per una cifra modesta di cena o pranzo e colazione nel ristorante collocato al piano terra dell'edificio. Con 20€ a testa abbiamo cenato con un super menu degustazione e fatto colazione con pane e marmellata da I Ribelli di Campagna If you have to spend a few days at the Marmore Falls, this room / apartment rental is really delightful. The rooms are large and spacious, carefully furnished with new retro-style furniture, equipped with a kitchen for longer stays and the atmosphere is really pleasant. Friendly welcome and booking confirmation emails are full of useful information on activities to do in the surrounding area. Furthermore, by staying there you have the opportunity to access the waterfalls for two days at the reduced cost of € 5. Breakfast and meals are not included but if you are interested you can enjoy dinner or lunch and breakfast for a modest amount in the restaurant located on the ground floor of the building. With € 20 each we dined with a super tasting menu and had breakfast with bread and jam at I Ribelli di Campagna

Purtroppo la posizione della casa è penalizzante per i rumori in quanto posizionata sulla statale, rumorosissima sia di giorno sia di notte, basterebbe un impianto di condizionatore in modo da tenere finestre chiuse, anche il ristorante di sotto non aiuta il via vai continuo Excellent location for entry to the falls within walking distance both day and evening. L	Luigi Bottari on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un po' difficile da indivduare l'insegna è piccola e mal disposta, il parcheggio, meglio non parlarne, una foresta di sterpaglie che non sai dove parcheggiare, il titolare è persona cortese ben disposta, la camera accogliente, spaziosa luminosa e ben serata dalle 2 finestre, forse un punto ouce in più non avrebbe fatto male ma tutto sommato è gradevole il Wify sarebbe ben accetto. B	Big Dario on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dire indecente è poco. L'insegna di ingresso è quasi impossibile da vedere. Una volta entrati l'ingresso della struttura è disordinato e sporco. Una volta salito nel monolocale la situazione è peggiorata: arredamento retrò e lo si capisce dalle foto, polvere ovunque, ambiente non pulito ne sanificato, acqua a terra in cucina, tende piene di polvere. Forte puzza di fumo di sigaretta nel monolocale. Arrivati in bagno siamo rimasti senza parole: la doccia era come nei camper, bidet, wc e doccia tutti sullo stesso pavimento, non esiste il box doccia tanto decantato sul sito. Senza parole. Sono vicini alle cascate è vero ma lo fanno pagare caro e la non pulizia, la finestra bloccata della "cucina", la non doccia in comune con il resto degli igienici, ci hanno fatto abbandonare immediatamente la struttura. Meno male che non avevamo lasciato acconto. Assolutamente sconsigliato. To say indecent is an understatement. The entrance sign is almost impossible to see. Arriving in the bathroom we were speechless: the shower was like in the camper, bidet, toilet and shower all on the same floor, there is no shower cubicle much praised on the site. Without words. They are close to the falls it is true but they make you pay dearly and the non-cleaning, the blocked window of the "kitchen", the non-shower in common with the rest of the toilets, made us leave the structure immediately. Luckily we hadn't left a deposit. Absolutely not recommended.
