Sistemazione comoda, pulita, in contesto tranquillo gestito da persone molto cortesi; nelle immediate vicinanze, max 30 metri, si trova un supermercato, ristoranti, negozi; da qui potete raggiungere in poco tempo tutte le mete turistiche del centro di Venezia. Lo consiglio vivamente.
Strategic position, in the center of Venice between Rialto and La Fenice theater.
Comfortable accommodation, clean, in a quiet environment run by very polite people; in the immediate vicinity, max 30 meters, there is a supermarket, restaurants, shops; from here you can quickly reach all the tourist destinations in the center of Venice. I highly recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ На площадке 2 квартиры, нам досталась правая. Хорошая квартира со всеми нужными вещами. Порадовала маленькая кухня - небольшой шкаф, который при открытии превращается в кухню с микроволновкой и раковиной.
Из минусов: холодные каменные полы в кухне-зале и ванной с туалетом. Не было мыла.
Из плюсов: недалеко от центра и лодочной станции Реальто, рядом находится большой продуктовый магазин.
There are 2 apartments on the site, we got the right one. Nice apartment with all the necessary things. I was pleased with the small kitchen - a small cabinet, which, when opened, turns into a kitchen with a microwave and a sink.
Cons: cold stone floors in the kitchen-hall and bathroom with toilet. There was no soap.
Pros: not far from the center and the Realto boat station, there is a large grocery store nearby.
