β β β β β In most days and most places, itβs just a supermarket. Yet, itβs such a nice surprise to find this place in the middle of Venice. Venice is a rather compact city and most stores are rather tiny in US standard.
So we came here the first time and were looking to grab some water, snacks and stuff. Yet, we kept passing by small mini marts that have limited choices but a rather high price. So, that makes this supermarket so special to us!!
Itβs a real supermarket with plenty of choices, regular grocery and pre-cooked dishes!

β β β β β It was disgusting experience just because of an old woman in cash desk. I just bought a bottle of beer on 11th of Dec. I gave her 50 Euro because I didnβt have the other note and she took a deep breath and said something bad things in Italy which I couldnβt understand. Do I have to get changes from the other store and give it to her? No. It was too harsh I canβt get it. I donβt want to go too much but I also thought Is it just because I am an Asian? Literally nasty and gross experience.

β β β β β One of the better non-franchised supermarkets in Venice, pricing seemed good and the selection of products is wide. Location is a little hidden but easy enough to find with Google maps. A great option for tourists looking for drinks and snacks on a budget or for locals looking to fill most of their normal groceries needs.

β β β β β Good sized grocery store near the Rialto Bridge on the St. Mark's side of the Grand Canal. They have all the basics plus a good selection of wine. Went here several times during the week I spent in Venice
