 A historic shop with selected products that are not dealt with in large-scale distribution. The owner, romano doc, is always available to give advice. Absolutely recommended! For us it has become a fixed stop! Try the Fulvi pecorino!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gli alimentari sono quasi scomparsi ed è bello trovarne ancora qualcuno aperto. L'offerta non è granché ma se vi piacciono i formaggi di qualità questo è il posto giusto: stagionati di pecora, capra, ed alcune chicche come il formaggio al barolo, quello al castagno ed al tartufo, da leccarsi i baffi. Ottime pure le mozzarelle di bufala fatte a Roma.
The food has almost disappeared and it's nice to still find someone open. The offer is not that great but if you like quality cheeses this is the right place: seasoned sheep, goat, and some goodies such as Barolo cheese, chestnut and truffle cheese, mouth-watering. The buffalo mozzarella made in Rome are also excellent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Malgré quelques soucis pour nous faire comprendre (heureusement qu’il y a Google trad), nous avons vraiment apprécié l’endroit et la qualité des produit. Le Parmegiano a la Truffe est à tomber, si vous ne deviez y acheter qu’une chose, achetez ça.
Despite some concerns to make us understand (luckily there is Google trad), we really appreciated the location and the quality of the products. The Parmegiano with Truffle is to die for, if you were to buy only one thing, buy that.

Delicatessen with excellent charcuterie and cheeses. Also olives and other goodies. Friendly and helpful staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Proprietario gentile anche se l’offerta dei salumi non è molto ampia. Purtroppo nn ho assaggiato formaggi a causa della mia intolleranza ma sembravano tutti molto buoni e l’offerta era molta.
Friendly owner even if the offer of cured meats is not very wide. Unfortunately I haven't tasted cheeses because of my intolerance but they all looked very good and the offer was great.

The owner made some exquisite suggestions, including a bottle of well priced red house wine, some truly special aged pecorino romano, delicious local olives and one of the best salumi artigiali I've ever tasted. He is also very kind and intelligent. I'm glad there are still some of these classic alimentari in a city that has changed so much.
