★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Veramente un pessimo servizio; la caldaia non partiva, gli ho chiamati, il tecnico dice di non aver riscontrato nessun problema, 35€, ma la caldaia non funziona ancora, gli richiamo, viene un secondo tecnico, molto scortese e maleducato, senza dispositivi anti COVID, apre la caldaia e dopo neanche un ora sentenzia che ci sia da cambiare la scheda dal costo di 350€, dopo ovviamente avermi chiesto altri 70€ per questo intervento. Lascio tutto in sospeso, e la sera, mi accorgo che il rubinetto del gas è chiuso!!! lo riapro e come per magia la caldaia riprende a funzionare!!! Ora che due "tecnici" non si siano accorti che non partiva la fiamma perché il gas era chiuso??? Disattenti o furbetti?!? Comunque, da evitare assolutamente!

I leave everything pending, and in the evening, I realize that the gas tap is closed !!! I reopen it and as if by magic the boiler starts working again !!! Now that two "technicians" have not noticed that the flame did not start because the gas was closed ??? Inattentive or crafty?!? However, to be avoided absolutely!
