È stato un lavoro davvero complicato, perché la cucina era ormai già montata , ma in poco tempo e tanta pazienza il sig. Massimiliano ha sistemato tutto! Sicuramente li richiamerò per altri lavori, quando ne avrò bisogno! Grazie mille! I am really satisfied! I needed to call the Termoidraulica MD for the gas connection and the sink pipes for a new kitchen. It was a really complicated job, because the kitchen was already assembled, but in a short time and a lot of patience, mr. Massimiliano has arranged everything! I will definitely call them back for other jobs when I need them! Thanks so much!

Montano un rubinetto acquistato da me (con sostituzione di un raccordo di plastica, perché trovano un tubo vecchio rovinato) e smontano 2 radiatori; chiedo di pagare subito, ma mi dicono di pagare quando torneranno a rimontare i radiatori (così sarei stata costretta a richiamare loro...) e al 99% ricordo che mi chiesero 40€. Dopo 1 mese ci risentiamo; i radiatori li ha rimontati mio marito, e alla mia domanda di ricordarmi il prezzo provano a scucirmi 80-100€. Ribatto che io ricordavo 40, e lui qualche ora dopo dall'ufficio mi conferma che erano 60. Dopo mi chiede anche se con fattura o senza, perché 60€ erano ovviamente senza. Da dove uscivano gli 80-100€? Se mi avessero rimontato i radiatori, il prezzo poteva oscillare tra 80 e 100. In base a cosa, non è dato definirsi. Considerato poi che rimontare i radiatori significa stringere due raccordi, per un totale di 5 minuti. Senza parole, zero professionalità. Bad service. They mount a faucet purchased from me (with replacement of a plastic fitting, because they find an old damaged pipe) and disassemble 2 radiators; I ask to pay immediately, but they tell me to pay when they come back to refit the radiators (so I would have been forced to call them back ...) and at 99% I remember asking for € 40. After 1 month we hear from you again; my radiators reassembled them, and at my request to remind me of the price they try to unpack € 80-100. I replied that I remembered 40, and he confirmed to me from the office a few hours later that they were 60. Later he asked me whether by invoice or not, because € 60 was obviously without.
