★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hanno perso un cliente. Simone del front office estremamente maleducato che mette in dubbio quello che dice il cliente e attacca il telefono in faccia. Referto di una tac completamente sbagliato da denuncia. Dice colicisti distesa quando la colicisti non ce l'ho più. Sono anni che ci vado ma non ci andrò mai più.
 They lost a customer. Simone from the extremely rude front office who questions what the customer says and sticks the phone in the face. Report of a completely wrong CT scan from the complaint. It says lying colic when I don't have it anymore. I've been going there for years but I will never go there again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono presentata sabato 12 giugno alle ore 8.00 per il ritiro di un referto.
Dopo aver atteso che la fila smaltisse, mi sono più volte scusata in quanto non sapevo che l’orario di ritiro fosse alle 9.00.
L’operatore si è messo a strillare, comportandosi in modo maleducato ’non ce credo che lavora dalle 9 alle 19’….
Questo nonostante mi fossi scusata e avessi ringraziato della cortesia.
Per me la conclusione è semplice : hanno perso una cliente.

I showed up on Saturday 12 June at 8.00 to collect a report.
After waiting for the queue to clear up, I apologized several times as I did not know that the pick-up time was at 9.00.
The operator started screaming, behaving rudely 'I don't think he works from 9 to 19' ....
This despite having apologized and thanked for the courtesy.
For me the conclusion is simple: they lost a client.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tutto è andato bene fino al ritiro del referto ...li sono stata letteralmente aggredita da un saccente responsabile il quale si ostina a ad insistere che sarei dovuta andare di pomeriggio per ritirare in quanto era scritto anche sulla ricevuta da loro consegnatami ma ahimè dimenticata a casa ...ma peccato che giunta a casa la ricevuta confermasse quello che mi era stato detto da un gentilissimo signore dello sportello e cioè che i referti si potevano ritirare dalle 10.00 ...sono veramente rimasta mortificata del trattamento ricevuto...non so se ritornerò per altri esami
Everything went well until the report was collected ... I was literally attacked by a responsible know-it-all who insists that I should have gone in the afternoon to collect as it was also written on the receipt they gave me but alas forgot to home ... but it is a pity that when I got home the receipt confirmed what I was told by a very kind gentleman at the counter and that is that the reports could be collected from 10.00 ... I was really mortified by the treatment received ... I don't know if I will return for other exams

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale dell'accettazione maleducati e offensivi!! Prima evUltima volta che usufruirò di tale struttura! Quello che dicono al telefono non corrisponde alla realtà, non solo mi sono sentita dare della "Bugiarda " dall'impiego presuntuoso e maleducato!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Volevo segnale che ho accompagnato mia cugina ad una visita e sono rimasta malissimo per come è stata trattata all'accettazione al monetizzare del pagamento del ticket aggredendo e dandole della bugiarda. Mi dispiace perché c'eravamo sempre trovate bene presso i vostri laboratori.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ho fatto Rm +Rx . I referti non erano pronti al momento del ritiro. Il dott,. non essendo presente nella struttura in quel momento, ha refertato i miei esami in via telematica. Così non ho potuto avere nessuna delucitazione. Mi sono sentita completamente abbandonata. Bruttissima esperienza.
I did Rm + Rx. The reports were not ready at the time of collection. Dr. not being present in the structure at that time, he reported my exams electronically. So I couldn't get any elucidations. I felt completely abandoned. Very bad experience.
