F	Fabio Zanella on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Struttura molto carina e accogliente, abbiamo usufruito principalmente del ristorante, ma grazie all’accoglienza del proprietario abbiamo avuto l’occasione di vedere una camera che abbiamo trovato molto carina. L’offerta del ristorante si incentra su 2 menù, uno vegano e uno no, composti da una selezione di antipasti, un primo, un secondo e un dolce. Entrambi i menù molto ricercati con ricette e accostamenti particolari. Servizio e accoglienza impeccabili. Consigliatissimo e sicuramente alla prossima gita in zona torneremo Very nice and welcoming facility, we mainly used the restaurant, but thanks to the welcome of the owner we had the opportunity to see a room that we found very nice. The restaurant's offer focuses on 2 menus, one vegan and one not, consisting of a selection of appetizers, a first, a second and a dessert. Both highly sought-after menus with particular recipes and combinations. Impeccable service and welcome. Highly recommended and certainly on the next trip to the area we will be back

Il primo menu è vegano, piacevolissimo e leggero, ma soddisfacente, a base di preparazioni a base di verdure, con sapori e presentazioni originali. L'altro menu comprende preparazioni a base di verdure, ma anche carne, uova e prodotti più tradizionali. Molto gentile la giovane proprietaria, bella la sala da pranzo, con vista sulle montagne e il bel giardino, ottimi vino e dolci. Un luogo in cui torneremo sicuramente!!! E..complimenti alla Chef!!!! Particular restaurant, located in Colletta di Castelbianco, inland from Albenga. There are two menus, one for 30, the other for 35 euros, excluding drinks. The first menu is vegan, very pleasant and light, but satisfying, based on vegetable-based preparations, with original flavors and presentations. The other menu includes preparations based on vegetables, but also meat, eggs and more traditional products. The young owner is very kind, the dining room is beautiful, overlooking the mountains and the beautiful garden, excellent wines and desserts. A place we will definitely return to !!! Der Service war sehr gut und eine Person sprach super englisch und konnte und erklärte jeweils was uns serviert wurde. Wir hatten das Menü für 35 Euro. Ein super Preis für das was einem hier serviert wird! Für Kinder dürfte die Auswahl etwas grösser sein, satt wurde unser Kleiner aber auch so. Very good food in a nice ambience without appearing exaggeratedly noble. The service was very good and one person spoke great English and could and explain what was served to us. We had the menu for 35 euros. A great price for what is served here! The selection should be a bit bigger for children, but our little one was fed up too.

Sono anni che frequento questo locale, e mai, dico mai, sono uscito deluso. Tutto al top, dal servizio alla cantina, dalla location alla cucina, che unisce tradizione e innovazione, per un connubio di gusti veramente sorprendente. Consigliatissimo!!! Parking is convenient. My wife had the vegetarian menu and I had the regular. I was impressed by the vegetarian dishes my wife got served (and I was allowed to taste). Next time I go for the vegetarian option! I highly recommend this restaurant!
