Bellissima residenza. Molto silenziosa, immersa nella natura. Davvero un bel soggiorno.

Le foto non specificano quale delle due ville e trullo sono affittati. Noi siamo capitati in quelli con una piscina molto piu piccola, per altro gelida, sporca e torbida. Sono stati richiesti 130 euro per le pulizie e 50 per la consegna rifiuti. La tv nel trullo non funziona. Mancano tende oscuranti nelle camere da letto. La villa e il trullo entrambi senza wireless sono in una zona completamente senza segnale. Esperienza negativa tant’e’ che siamo andati via un giorno prima e non ci e’ stato concesso il rimborso della notte non usufruita.

To this day, they have never refunded us the 900euros (approximately) despite their commitment to do so. Indeed, we saw a beautiful Trulli for rent and thought we would use a serious agency, as "Wonderful Italy" seemed to be. On the day of arrival, we were absorbed by the architecture of this Trulli. The visit was short, the staff reminded us of the extra cleaning and special COVID and collected the tourist tax. After he left, as we were unloading our bags, we started to see cigarette butts all over the floor. Then a strange smell in the house. Then we opened the fridge to put our food in but it was full of mould. What a horror. We immediately called the agency and asked for a member of staff to come to the house. In the meantime, we noticed that the toilet was not working. We called Wonderful Italy again and again. The more time passed, the more we saw the reality of the accommodation. We found screwdrivers in the grass, glass bottles, cans. As we were still waiting for Wonderful Italy despite our repeated calls, we continued to observe the accommodation. We then noticed that the air conditioning was only in 1 of the 2 houses. It was getting hotter and hotter in the house and the children were suffering. A person arrived, but he was not working for Wonderful Italy. He came to clean the fridge, that's all. We called Wonderful Italy Ostuni again and finally Milan answered. They were nicer than Ostuni and tried to understand the situation. While waiting for them to call back, we noticed that the accommodation was dirty and there were even clothes from the previous tenants and a partially opened PET bottle. It was at this point that we asked ourselves the question "has the accommodation really been cleaned? Because Wonderful Italy specified a double cleaning to ensure that guests were protected from COVID risks. How is this possible if there are still PET bottles and clothes? Gradually we realized that the accommodation was not cleaned (thousand paws, dirty dishes, non-functional toilets, mushrooms in the fridge, cigarette butts, scattered rubbish, etc). After several exchanges with Wonderful Italy, they specified that they could not do anything for several days. We couldn't stay there anymore, it was a nightmare. According to our agreement, we left the place, slept in our car with the children as we could not find a hotel. They offered us a full refund. Almost 1 year later, we still haven't received anything despite many reminders. Valentina from Wonderful Italy Milano was pleasant and tried to do her best. But the promises were not kept. Wonderfull Italy Ostuni never came and did nothing. This was a traumatic experience for us and our children. I had never been welcomed in this way in Italy, it is not worthy of Italy and does not correspond to their values. What shocked me the most was the denial of coming to see us and seeing the extent of the disaster and leaving us in this situation. The team in Milan was much more responsive and did a lot despite the distance.
