Carne di primo taglio (si vede e si percepisce al gusto) resa al massimo dalla sapiente gestione della griglia dell' "addetto ai fuochi". Consiglio accompagnamento a base di verdure (grigliate e/o sottolio) e tagliere di salumi e formaggi locali. La sala è ampia, ogni tavolo ha la sua privacy e, anche sotto pressure test da tutto completo, il servizio è rapido e letale. Il conto è onesto e, ad ogni modo, lo si paga con piacere per la qualità della materia prima e la cortesia del personale. Sicuramente nella mia top 5 delle bracerie pugliesi.
 Braceria of those series, few frills and a lot of substance. First cut meat (it can be seen and perceived to the taste) made to the maximum by the skilful management of the grill of the "fireman". I recommend accompaniment based on vegetables (grilled and / or in oil) and a platter of local cold cuts and cheeses. The room is large, each table has its own privacy and, even under full pressure test, the service is quick and lethal. The bill is honest and, in any case, it is paid with pleasure for the quality of the raw materials and the courtesy of the staff. Certainly in my top 5 of the Apulian steakhouses.
