n	nadia balbiano on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mediamente buono. Dolci molto belli ma di modesta sostanza. Per una prima volta è consigliato il menù degustazione nella varietà di nove piatti. Tra gli antipasti della tradizione piemontese spicca un buon vitello tonnato, meno interessanti la terrina di coniglio perché l'aglio imperava. Gli antipasti sono tre, due gli assaggi di primi, interessanti i gnocchi limone e zafferano. Discreti i ravioli alle nocciole ...di secondo un arrosto che lasciava un po' a desiderare per la consistenza un po' troppo dura. Carta dei vini molto ridotta. Buono comunque il rapporto qualità prezzo ed il servizio molto professionale. Per chi trascorre l'estate su questi monti, può essere una valida meta per trascorrere un giornata alternativa. Mediamente la spesa si aggira sui 35 € a testa con bevande e caffè inclusi. Average good. Very beautiful sweets but of modest substance. Among the hors d'oeuvres of the Piedmontese tradition, a good vitello tonnato stands out, the rabbit terrine is less interesting because garlic prevailed. There are three appetizers, two first courses, the lemon and saffron gnocchi are interesting. The hazelnut ravioli were discreet ... a second course of a roast that left something to be desired due to its slightly too hard texture. Very small wine list. However, the value for money and the very professional service are good. For those who spend the summer on these mountains, it can be a valid destination to spend an alternative day. On average, the cost is around € 35 per person with drinks and coffee included.

Non puoi servire due tipi diversi di primi nello stesso piatto ed ancor più non caldi. E che dire di trota e brasato serviti nello stesso piatto? Eravamo stati qualche anno addietro al pranzo di Natale e serbavamo un ottimo ricordo, peccato ieri da dimenticare. Di certo non ci torneremo!!!! Abbiamo mangiato alcuni dei piatti più buoni degli ultimi anni, il menù completo è abbondate, compresa la possibilità di fare il bis. Piatti sempre caldi e deliziosi con ingredienti ottimi. Friendly, helpful and attentive staff. We ate some of the best dishes in recent years, the complete menu is abundant, including the possibility of making an encore.
