Concordato appuntamento per le 10,30 di mattina per firmare offerta per l'acquisto di una seconda casa, alle 10,15 mi fanno chiamare da un'altra signora dicendomi che era saltato tutto per imprevisti, appuntamenti ecc...
Mi sono fatta 3 ore di macchina per farmi annullare l'appuntamento al telefono 15 min. prima???

I'm sorry for the owner (kind) but his collaborators, as far as my experience is concerned, definitely lack professionalism.
