★ ★ ★ ★ ★ L'osteria degli amici è il classico posto dove ci si sente a casa, ottimo servizio, lo staff è cordiale disponibile e caloroso. Il cibo è OTTIMO con numerose proposte a km zero ( ad es la lasagna toma e salame di Turgia ?) consigliato consigliato...anzi super consigliatissimo
 The Osteria degli Amici is the classic place where you feel at home, excellent service, the staff is friendly, helpful and warm. The food is EXCELLENT with numerous zero km proposals (e.g. lasagna toma and salami di Turgia ?) recommended recommended ... indeed super highly recommended

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Con le osterie difficilmente si sbaglia. Si mangia bene e non si spende troppo.
Cervo in salmí e scaloppine: ottimi, tenerissimi, si sente la qualità della materia prima.
Acciughe al verde, sarà anche una questione di gusti ma troppo salate e poco verde.
Polenta: cascare proprio sulla Polenta... forse farina scadente? Non era buona
It's hard to go wrong with taverns. You eat well and don't spend too much.
Jugged venison and scallops: excellent, very tender, you can feel the quality of the raw material.
Anchovies al verde, it will also be a matter of taste but too salty and not very green.
Polenta: fall right on Polenta ... perhaps poor flour? It wasn't good

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vabbè dai sì sa...a Cantoira se vuoi passare una serata tranquilla con una cenetta superlativa, vista mozzafiato sui monti e da non spendere troppo si va dall' "Osteria degli Amici"!! Trattoria a conduzione familiare, preparano tutto loro, piatti tipici piemontesi fatti con gusto. Per noi é una tappa fissa, quando passiamo da Cantoira!! Consiglio!
Oh well come on yes you know ... in Cantoira if you want to spend a quiet evening with a superlative dinner, breathtaking views of the mountains and not to spend too much, you go to the "Osteria degli Amici" !! Family-run trattoria, they prepare all their own, typical Piedmontese dishes made with taste. For us it is a fixed stop, when we pass by Cantoira !! Advise!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had dinner there last night. The service was great, there were lots of guests, all local. We could speak English or try our Italian. The pizza's were great. Only ate one almost as good ever in my life at O'Pazzo in Rotterdam. And the deserts.....jam jam. Loved them. If you are in the neighborhood go check them out!
