Consigliatissimo anche solo per un aperitivo. Top quality and courtesy. The manager is really prepared, he knows his job. Many excellent local products made by them. Honest prices. Highly recommended even just for an aperitif.

Siamo stati accolti e accompagnati per tutto il pranzo dalla cortesia e professionalità dei gestori e la compagnia un po' invadente di alcune mosche (malgrado le zanzariere). Ottimi antipasti, conditi con buon olio evo, gustosissimi agnolotti burro e salvia e una milanese da record (circa un kg di carne). Tutto genuino e di qualità che si fanno profumatamente pagare. Milanese record! Immersed in the splendid setting of the Lanzo valleys. We were greeted and accompanied throughout the lunch by the courtesy and professionalism of the managers and the somewhat intrusive company of some flies (despite the mosquito nets). Excellent appetizers, seasoned with good extra virgin olive oil, very tasty agnolotti butter and sage and a record Milanese (about one kg of meat). All genuine and quality that are handsomely paid.

Ci sono andato parecchie volte ed è diventato uno dei miei posti preferiti. Excellent, refined and well-finished starters, first and second level, well-stocked cellar, the host Giovanni is very competent and passionate, always available for detailed explanations about the raw material and the preparations. Filetti di trota affumicati, battuta a coltello, porcini fritti, formaggi e mille altre leccornie. In oltre hanno una enorme scelta di vini. Mi sono trovato veramente bene ed ho fatto un figurone con i miei invitati. Excellent cuisine based on typical local products processed and prepared by them personally. Smoked trout fillets, chopped with a knife, fried porcini, cheeses and a thousand other delicacies. Plus they have a huge choice of wines. I felt really good and I made a great impression with my guests.

Ottimo anche per evadere dall'afa estiva peccato solo per i pochi tavoli a disposizione, ciò comporta prenotare con largo anticipo ma garantisce una migliore accoglienza e cura dei piatti! Excellent cuisine, refined and excellently matched ingredients. Perché trattoria è fin quasi riduttivo, la pazienza, l'amore e la qualità per la preparazione e delle eccellenti materie prime sono qualcosa di davvero unico. Aggiungiamo poi la disponibilità e la simpatia di chi si dedica a questa passione in tutto e per tutto, dando ai fortunati avventori un'esperienza unica. Il tutto arricchito da vini di qualità che danno l'ebbrezza di godersi lo stupendo panorama. Chi di voi ci è passato, può capire cosa intendo... The passenger restaurant is, in my opinion, an incredible place. Why "not place"?
