Le foto pubblicate sul sito e booking sono fuorvianti, fuori l'albergo è molto curato mentre il dentro va completamente rimodernato. Le camere sono piccole e poco confortevoli dato che non vi era neanche una presa elettrica, tuttavia erano pulite. Riguardo lo staff, in particolare la colazione, vi era poca scelta e il sig. che serviva era estremamente antipatico, inoltre il servizio colazione era previsto dalle 7.30-9.30 ma non era mai puntuale e chi voleva muoversi presto rimaneva ancorato alla lentezza del servizio. Trovandoci in un periodo pandemico, la cosa che particolarmente mi ha infastidito era che le donne delle pulizie e lo staff non indossava la mascherina o se lo facevano l'indossavano in modo non corretto. The rooms are small and uncomfortable as there was no electrical outlet, however they were clean. Per quanto riguarda le stanze, vengono pulite ogni giorno, consiglio le stanze vista mare. I mobili delle stanze sono da rimodernare ma basta veramente poco per essere un perfetto hotel 4 stelle. I stayed here for a week, great location, quiet place. Friendly staff, great breakfast although they should serve it at least half an hour earlier. As for the rooms, they are cleaned every day, I recommend the sea view rooms. The furniture in the rooms needs updating but it takes very little to be a perfect 4-star hotel.

Noi ci siamo spostati sia sulla costa adriatica che ionica con semplicità quindi è un buon punto di partenza per chi vuole vedere spiagge più note! Leggo recensioni in cui si denota la presenza di molti anziani ci sono le terme il mare è favoloso e si mangia bene ci vedono lungo!!! Basic and clean rooms ... very comfortable pillows and mattresses we slept divinely from the first night ... good abundant sweet and savory breakfast ... excellent central location and facing the sea ... recommended for a slow and relaxing stay! We have moved both on the Adriatic and Ionian coasts with simplicity so it is a good starting point for those who want to see more famous beaches! I read reviews which denotes the presence of many elderly people there are the spas the sea is fabulous and the food is good they see us along !!!
A	Anna Puleo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho soggiornato in questo albergo per 5 notti con mezza pensione. L'albergo si vende come un 4 stelle ma non ha nulla che potrebbe caratterizzarlo come tale. L'esterno è abbastanza accogliente e situato in posizione strategica per poter visitare le varie località incantevoli che sono nei dintorni. L'unica nota positiva, oltre la posizione, è la presenza del parcheggio. La camera che ci è stata assegnata era molto piccola, scomoda, praticamente sprovvisto di prese elettriche, con il phon non funzionante, la porta del bagno non so con quale criterio sia stata progettata così visto che nell'aprirla sbatteva contro il bidet il quale ne impediva l'apertura completa. Serrande rotte. Doccia minuscola. Terrazzino piccolo e con la cordicella per stendere rotta. Personale scortese, al quale abbiamo fatto richiesta per un secondo cuscino e sembrava avessimo chiesto un rene. Inoltre non sono stati capaci di darci suggerimenti sui luoghi più belli da visitare, attività da fare e dove andare a mangiare. La cosa più grave era vedere il personale in reception sempre senza mascherina. Colazione con poca scelta e personale addetto a servirla di una scortesia unica. I stayed in this hotel for 5 nights with half board. The hotel sells itself as a 4-star hotel but has nothing that could characterize it as such. The exterior is quite welcoming and strategically located to visit the various enchanting places that are in the surrounding area. The only positive note, besides the location, is the presence of the parking lot. The windows were dirty and not even a shampoo or body gel in the bathroom. The noise kept on till 2 am so if you have little kids forget the sleeping peacefully. They are is also a thermal pool which may be good and nice but....oh the smell....it sure smell awful. At the checkout the lady did not say goodmorning or hello..or thank you. Very rude, and chased me outside to process the payment even though I booked it with booking and therefore a card has been partially charged already. Mind you, I have not left yet, as I had all my bags to still get. Not pleased, from the look of the place I was expecting better.
