M	Maddalena Guida on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo quasi due anni dal pensionamento abbiamo concretizzato il regalo di parenti e amici scegliendo un soggiorno a Castro marina in questo hotel. È in una magnifica posizione di fronte al mare e i gestori sono gentili e disponibili. Il palazzo degli anni '50 con i suoi elementi verde mare infonde serenità ed è ben curato, anche negli arredi. Il cibo rispecchia la tradizione marina salentina ed è preparato con semplicità esaltando i sapori pugliesi. Insomma siamo stati a nostro agio e vi invitiamo a fare questa bella esperienza. Maddalena e Carlo Almost two years after retirement, we made the gift of relatives and friends a reality by choosing a stay in Castro Marina in this hotel. It is in a great location facing the sea and the managers are friendly and helpful. The building of the 50s with its sea green elements instills serenity and is well cared for, even in the furnishings. The food reflects the Salento marine tradition and is prepared with simplicity, enhancing the Apulian flavors. In short, we were at ease and we invite you to have this beautiful experience. M	Max Ciannarella on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ristorante. Girando per Castro Marina tutti i ristoranti erano pieni (ore 22) tranne questo. Ci siamo accomodati subito e siamo stati servito con professionalità e cortesia. L’antipasto era il piatto tipico salentino ma rispetto ad altri assaggiati era qualitativamente inferiore. Le cozze e le orecchiette alla ricotta forte erano buoni. L’altro primo era invece insipido e sapeva di poco (a base di frutti di mare). Il conto è in linea con i prezzi della zona, ma non rispetto alla qualità di quanto mangiato. Restaurant. Wandering around Castro Marina all the restaurants were full (10pm) except this one. We sat down immediately and were served with professionalism and courtesy. The appetizer was the typical Salento dish but compared to others tasted it was qualitatively inferior. The mussels and the strong ricotta orecchiette were good. The other first was instead bland and tasted very little (based on seafood). The bill is in line with the prices of the area, but not with respect to the quality of what is eaten.

La posizione otfimale situata nella piazza principale di Castro Marina. Sopratutto un grazie di cuore alla Titolare della struttura. Una SIgnora Gentile, Elegante, e Simpatica , sempre sorridente. Che ti aiuta in qualsiasi modo se hai bisogno di qualcosa. Parcheggio vicino all'Hotel videosorvegliato. Stanze molto eleganti, moderne e molto pulite. Ascensore che funziona perfettamente per andare nei vari piani. La zona del ristorante é sempre piena di persone ottima cucina e piatti buonissimi. Chi deve venire in puglia consiglio di alloggiare in questo Hotel meraviglioso. We stayed at this magnificent hotel for 15 days, the staff have always been kind and friendly to us. The optimal position located in the main square of Castro Marina. Above all a heartfelt thanks to the owner of the structure. A gentle, elegant, and nice lady, always smiling. Which helps you in any way if you need something. Parking near the hotel with video surveillance. Very stylish, modern and very clean rooms. Elevator that works perfectly to go to the various floors. The restaurant area is always full of people, excellent cuisine and delicious dishes. If you have to come to Puglia, I recommend staying in this wonderful hotel.
A	An Boe on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unsere Rezension bezieht sich auf das Restaurant und ist ggf. der Jahreszeit (Dez.) geschuldet. Die Auswahl an Speisen war sehr begrenzt, was für uns kein Kriterium darstellte.. Aber das merkte man leider auch auf dem Teller. Obwohl wir die einzigen Gäste waren, bekamen wir bei einem Gang das falsche und beim nächsten Gang fehlte die Beilage. Geschmacklich war es ok, aber Preis/Leistung/Service haben für uns nicht gepasst. Our review relates to the restaurant and may be due to the time of year (December). The selection of dishes was very limited, which was not a criterion for us. Unfortunately, you could tell that on the plate. Although we were the only guests, we got the wrong one with one course and the side dish was missing the next. It was okay in terms of taste, but price / performance / service was not right for us.

M	Marc-A. St. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This just an expensive and bad restaurant. Can't say anything about the hotel as a hotel. But the restaurant is just bad. There was nearly no service at all. Ordered drinks where put in the closed can on the table, the wrong meal was served (could happen), but we had to pay for this more because my partner don't want to produce more cost for then kept her wrong meal. The steak I got was just a joke. Maybe 50g. Pizza was OK.
