G	Gabriel Cangani on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza pessima!!! Nonostante il tempo fosse incerto ci hanno fatto uscire lo stesso con le barche, con diversi bambini. Poco dopo essere usciti, ed eravamo già a largo, è arrivato un violento temporale...fulmini e grandine con vento fortissimo in mare aperto. È stato molto molto pericoloso e difficile riuscire a rientrare al molo. Non ci hanno tolto nemmeno un euro sulla spesa. Personale molto maleducato e solo interessato a fare soldi anche a rischio della vita delle persone! Da non ripetere assolutamente mai più!!! Evitate! Bad experience !!! F	Fiory Simo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A volte un sorriso può essere un biglietto da visita...personale al botteghino maleducato e scontroso! Professionalità e accoglienza completamente inesistenti! Ci hanno liquidati con quattro parole dicendo che una volta arrivati alla barca avremmo trovato qualcuno che ci avrebbe indicato dove trovare ciambella e giubbotti salvagente e che al ritorno non potevamo entrare nel porto ma chiamare il numero di tel.indicato sul contratto e quindi aspettare che ci venissero a prendere. Morale della favola nessuno sulla barca ci ha spiegato niente, io personalmente ho dovuto chiedere dove guardare x l'attrezzatura di salvataggio mentre il signore stava andando via. I cuscini erano tutti scomposti e abbiamo dovuto sistemarli noi uno x uno e una volta tornati e chiamato il numero indicato, abbiamo dovuto aspettare un'ora (nonostante vari solleciti telefonici) prima che qualcuno si ricordasse di noi! In tutto questo avevamo con noi i bambini che da una giornata da sogno sono passati a una giornata da incubo...spazientiti, infreddoliti e stanchi! È una vergogna! Il prezzo pagato non vale ne' il servizio né il personale scontroso e maleducato!!! Sometimes a smile can be a calling card ... rude and surly box office staff! Professionalism and hospitality completely non-existent! They liquidated us with four words saying that once we got to the boat we would find someone who would show us where to find the donut and life jackets and that on our return we could not enter the port but call the telephone number indicated on the contract and then wait for us came to take. Moral of the story no one on the boat explained anything to us, I personally had to ask where to look x the rescue equipment while the gentleman was leaving. The pillows were all broken and we had to fix them one by one and once we got back and called the indicated number, we had to wait an hour (despite several telephone reminders) before anyone remembered us! In all this we had with us the children who have gone from a dream day to a nightmare day ... impatient, cold and tired! It's a shame! The price paid is not worth the service nor the surly and rude staff !!!

I prezzi, calcolando che siamo in Salento, mi sono sembrati onesti. Ritorneremo per il tour delle grotte. Beautiful boat trip, the staff is attentive and kind, the boat in order and quite performing. The prices, considering that we are in Salento, seemed honest to me. We will return for the cave tour.

La grotta della zinzulusa ne e stato l esempio più caratteristico. Con il suo battello il capitano Francesco ci ha fatto solcare il mare fantastico mentre Cesare ci spiegava cosa ci circondava. Due bagni mozzafiato nel blu. Esperienza unica e da fare. Ci siamo sentiti proprio coccolati. Graziee da Bergamo Today I took a wonderful trip along the coast near Santa Cesarea with my partner Monica. The Zinzulusa cave was the most characteristic example of this. With his boat, Captain Francesco made us sail the fantastic sea while Cesare explained what surrounded us. Two breathtaking blue bathrooms. Unique experience and to do. We felt really pampered. Giornata bellissima, mare da favola, ma quel che più ci ha stupiti è stato il modo in cui il personale ci ha accolto. Molto gentili, professionali e organizzati. Le ragazze al botteghino ti chiamano il giorno prima per richiedere un documento d'identità per la preparazione del contratto di locazione. Quando si arriva dunque è tutto pronto: non c'è attesa, basta una firma e, dopo un'accurata spiegazione delle norme da seguire da parte delle ragazze, si parte. I ragazzi, invece, ti aspettano per illustrare il funzionamento dell'imbarcazione tra l'altro, molto pulita e curata. Ci siamo trovati molto bene e sicuramente ritorneremo. Grazie di tutto ragazzi... siete fantastici! DREAM AFTERNOON I hired a boat on August 25th from the Onda Blu company. The boys, on the other hand, are waiting for you to illustrate the operation of the boat, among other things, very clean and well cared for. We enjoyed it very much and will certainly return. Richiesto bonifico di caparra, saldo sul posto. Manovre di uscita ed ingresso in porto eseguite da loro personale molto preparato. Barca ben tenuta, guidabile senza patente nautica, pulita, con tendalino e ancora da fondale roccioso. Consigliato per una giornata diversa e più comoda rispetto alla solita giornata di spiaggia. Cifra di noleggio e carburante più che onesta: 232€ per una giornata navigando da castro a porto badisco e ritorno. Booked by phone in advance (it takes patience on the phone due to super crowding) private boat for a full day in August. Deposit required, balance on the spot. Port exit and entry maneuvers performed by their highly trained staff. Well maintained boat, drivable without a boat license, clean, with awning and still from a rocky bottom. Recommended for a different and more comfortable day than the usual beach day. Price of rental and fuel more than honest: 232 € for a day sailing from Castro to Porto Badisco and back.
