P	Pedro Santos on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good simple room with a bathroom. Breakfast with some gluten-free option (packaged). Must review their plastic free policies as the breakfast had plastic cups for the juice, plastic cups for the cereals/stuff. Plastic packaged croissants and little biscuits.
G	Gustavo Arnaut on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely well located in the Old town (Centro Storico). Night staff was very helpful and showed me the exact free parking location outside the old town. Facilities are a bit old and need an uplift but the hotel seems to be very popular because of its location. Free breakfast is ok but not the best. Room was very quiet at night. The hotel should be more clear about the parking information. There is no free parking at the premises, there isn't free parking anywhere near it. Free parking is located outside the old town, 10-15 min walk from the hotel. If you want to park near the hotel for check-in and check-out purposes only, you need to drive into old town through a specific route to reach the hotel, otherwise you are risking to be ticketed. This should be explained to guests upon booking.

Donker on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dirty, unfriendly staff, no safe, no place to put your hygienic\bathroom products, no airconditioning, leaking shower, noisy surroundings, packaged overpriced breakfast (you can easily get better and affordable breakfast if you just walk through Siena), and to top it off: no nearby free parking even though they advertise with it on booking.com. Little to no plugs (only 1 in room 19). Room was located near a supposedly calm street (there are no bars or restaurants in this street), nevertheless everything from both the streets as other rooms and the hallways could heard. The only reasonable good point of this hotel is it's location, but there are so many more that are worth your money. Never coming back again.
g	gregory jäggli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you just had covid or you like the pungent smell of old smoke you may not be as disappointed as we were. The room smelled of cigarette smoke so bad that we got a head ache from it. We left our luggage in our car so our clothes don't smell bad. The promised wifi is so weak in the room that it was not usable. The promised close free parking spaces are not that close. It takes about 15 minutes to get there and since they are the regular public parking spots, all of them were taken. In the end we had to pay for parking. The bed was really uncomfortable and we woke up with a hurting back, which should not be common for people in their 20s. Our expectations for the breakfast were low due to our experience, but the coffee still managed to underwhelm us. It tasted like if you made another coffee with an already used capsule and further diluted the coffee with water. It is an insult to Italian coffee. I would not recommend to stay there at all. The location is actually not bad but you find better hotels for the same price which don't promise non existent parking spots.
