K	Karl Rombaut on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A wonderful and quiet place to stay in the vicinity of Sienna. It's a lovely former monastery with a beautiful garden. The breakfast is great with lots of choice. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. We also had a dinner in the restaurant. The food is delicious and the service absolutely excellent. We came to the Chertosa 2 years ago and returned here last week, and we would like come back. Greatings from Belgium.
L	Luigi Altieri on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is beautiful, but the service and the rooms should be improved. We have been here for 3 days / 2 nights. The first day, after the check-in, we found that our room had the window shutter broken. The room was completely dark. We asked to fix it or to change the room but this was not possible because the hotel was fully booked. The first night was not great, with the air conditioner placed over the bed leaking water and the window completely closed. During the second day they managed to open the shutter by half. No discount on the room price was applied. Our room was very old and small. We booked a “Small Double Room” and it was circa 10 square meter wide with a very small bathroom. Everything in the room was from the 80’s. The service does not met the expectations. Inexperienced staff was trying to do their best, but we had problems at the bar and during the dinners. A place like this deserves a better service and more curated rooms.
M	Max on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't expect to much... A lot of reviews concentrate about the building it self. The building it self is great and in an beautiful spot. The rooms are really clean and the staff is very friendly. The garden is also nice to visit. But that's it. The bathroom is like from the 70s, not even electricity in there. The mattress is with iron spring and really stiff, which is nice for us. The rooms and the floors have the feeling of an hospital. The most critical point is that the walls are shallow as hell... You can hear every thing on the floor and the neighbor rooms. Like other people have xxx... not so cool. The price is also to high for rooms like this, even with the great location.

T	T S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful place, worst new year dinner ever. The most of the dishes were inedible, simply bad taste. Very glamorous titles for dishes really badly cooked. Really a pity because the place is very beautiful, but service and quality pretend to be at the level of a fine restaurant resulting much less than that. Advanced payment. Wont be there again soon for sure.
