Gli antipasti erano composti da salumi e formaggi fatti dal proprietario in quel momento davanti a me, i primi veramente sapori, carne morbida e cotta al punto giusto. Consiglio di provare questa cucina, dopo fare una bella passeggiate nell'oasi li vicino. I recommend coming to this place for people who want to eat well and genuine. Un luogo dove poter assaggiare salumi e formaggi saporiti, come la ricotta appena fatta (gustosa) e il caciocavallo (assolutamente da provare). Oltre questi, io ho preso i cavatelli (fatti in casa) con sugo di pomodoro fresco e la cheesecake (fatta con la loro ricotta) buonissima! Altro punto oltre la materia prima ottima e la lavorazione di quest'ultima? I gestori, persone a dir poco squisite (un abbraccio speciale va alla piccola Giovanna) che ci hanno aperto le porte della Fattoria e della loro casa.
