★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono dei cani..(con rispetto per gli animali). Si sono tenuti il ferro da stiro per due anni senza fare la riparazione. Dopo numerosi solleciti sono andato a riprendermelo per portarlo da altri...con la garanzia scaduta.
They are dogs .. (with respect for the animals). Iron was held for two years without repair. After numerous requests I went to take it back to bring it to others ... with expired warranty.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tempo di attesa eterni. Se hanno troppo lavoro come ci è stato detto, potevamo dirci subito che la riparazione non sarebbe stata effettuata. Dopo oltre 1 mese e dopo 2 ns chiamate ci dicono che ''non hanno avuto tempo di riparare l'elettrodomestico''. Presa in giro andata e ritorno. E prima di portare l'apparecchio ad aggiustare ho pure chiamato. E ora mi sento dire ''Cosa ci è venuta a fare qua? aveva solo da non venire. Noi di lavoro ne abbiamo a volontà''. Serietà competenza e manco per idea per non parlare dell' educazione.
Assolutamente da evitare. Pessimo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lasciate ogni speranza voi che entrate! Non ho mai visto un servizio così schifoso, perché non potrei usare un altro termine. Ci mettono mesi e mesi dopo varie prese in giro a renderti ciò che porti a riparare. Nel mio caso per verificare bene il guasto e provare la planetaria l'hanno portata a casa, cioè l'hanno usata perché alla fine funzionava e anche bene. Sono maleducati, incompetenti e strafottenti
