From zero stars. They don't answer the phone forcing you to drive miles. By car to get a simple information which by phone would take 10 seconds. Mah !!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ passato per chiedere una cover smart a libro per ipad pro 9,7 e hanno provato a vendermi una cover palesemnte dei cinesi spacciandomela per originale al doppio del prezzo( 39 euro )di quanto la vendono dai cinesi in via roma li vicino (15 euro ) ....uguale identica con le stesse scritte in cinese !! sconsiglio vivamente il negozio truffaldini che se ne approfittano della gente magari ingenuamente poco informata su queste cose... è solo uno specchio per allodole per venderti contratti e basta....delusione totale
passed to ask for a smart book cover for ipad pro 9.7 and they tried to sell me a cover of the Chinese palendemnte for original for double the price (39 euros) than they sell it by the Chinese in via roma nearby (15 euros) .... same identical with the same written in Chinese !! I strongly advise against the fraudsters who take advantage of people who may be naively ill-informed about these things ... it's just a mirror for larks to sell you contracts and that's it .... total disappointment

Zero considerazione del cliente, neanche un buongiorno quando sono entrato e dopo mezz'ora ad aspettare, mentre c'era un commesso che non faceva nulla, non uno che abbia chiesto di cosa avessi bisogno, e con il negozio praticamente vuoto, me ne sono andato ad un altro negozio di un altro marchio dove ho trovato tutto quello che cercavo, anche e soprattutto l'educazione e la cortesia!

Zero consideration of the customer, not even a good morning when I entered and after half an hour waiting, while there was a salesman who did nothing, not one who asked what I needed, and with the shop practically empty, I went to another shop of another brand where I found everything I was looking for, also and above all education and courtesy!
