Mi rifilarono un inquilino privo di qualunque garanzia, approfittando del fatto che ero relativamente giovane e priva di esperienza. Per 4 anni ho pagato le spese di condominio che l'inquilino non pagava e ho avviato pratiche di sfratto pagando avvocati per recuperare i canoni insoluti. Insomma, ho perso parecchi soldi, ma l'agenzia ovviamente non si assume alcuna responsabilità a riguardo. Quindi, se pensate che rivolgendovi a questa agenzia avrete garanzie in più, vi consiglio il fai da te. Se io avessi valutato l'inquilino con la mia testa, non gli avrei mai affittato l'alloggio, mentre fidandomi di quello che ritenevo un "esperto", ho preso una gran fregatura.
