P	Palapesi A.S.D on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Location molto interessante, in cui l'osteria tipica si incontra con l'arte, vale la pena andare la solo per quello. Per quanto riguarda il cibo che è la cosa più importante, la qualità è al primo posto con prodotti tipici e molto ben cucinati. Di conseguenza anche il rapporto qualità prezzo è buono. Veramente soddisfatto, consiglio questo posto per chi passa da Colfiorito o anche per chi si trova nei dintorni e ne volesse approfittare. Very interesting location, where the typical tavern meets art, it's worth going there just for that. As for the food which is the most important thing, quality comes first with typical and very well cooked products. Consequently, the value for money is also good. Really satisfied, I recommend this place for those who pass by Colfiorito or even for those who are in the surrounding area and want to take advantage of it.

Eaten mixed appetizer with a platter of cold cuts and cheeses and mixed bruschetta, fried cod (in the photo) and semifreddo. All very good and great service !!

Menù non amplissimo ma interessante e vario. Cucina tradizionale interpretata e rielaborata. Serviti in veranda ben distanziati, riscaldati da un fungo a gas e dalla bella giornata di sole abbiamo mangiato due antipasti (una rivisitazione della panzanella con cipolla croccante ed un flan di patate con crema al pecorino) entrambi ottimi, un primo (cappellacci) veramente buono e ottime cotolette di agnello alla brace. Dolci, vino della casa, poco meno di 60 euro. Il tutto in tempi brevi visto i piatti preparati al momento. Da provare gli altri piatti, tra cui un maialino con maionese di melanzane. We wanted to give this restaurant a chance which has a fairly high rating average but had recently received low ratings for very long waiting times. The menu is not very extensive but interesting and varied. Traditional cuisine interpreted and reworked. Served on the veranda well spaced, heated by a gas mushroom and by the beautiful sunny day we ate two appetizers (a reinterpretation of the panzanella with crispy onion and a potato flan with pecorino cream) both excellent, a really good first course (cappellacci) and excellent grilled lamb cutlets. Desserts, house wine, just under 60 euros. All in a short time given the dishes prepared at the moment. Try the other dishes, including a suckling pig with eggplant mayonnaise.

Secondi piatti uno arrivato completamente freddo, 2contorni e una bottiglia di vino locale buona ma con un costo al di sopra del valore! Tutto per la modica somma di 70€ Siamo andati via come se avessimo fatto solo un antipasto visto le quantità molto scarse! We were on Easter Monday but this does not justify the quantity of courses for the sum paid and the service received! 2 poor starters, we requested bread from the waiters and it came after requesting it multiple times. Second courses one arrived completely cold, 2 side dishes and a good bottle of local wine but with a cost above the value! All for the modest sum of € 70 We left as if we had only had an appetizer given the very low quantities!
