Spezzatino di pecora da leccarsi le dita nel vero senso della parola. Tutto molto semplicemente perfetto. Authenticity and homemade menu and you will be totally surprised by the REAL flavors of Umbria. Handmade tortelloni filled with ricotta and extraordinary nuts! Sheep stew to lick your fingers in the true sense of the word. All very simply perfect.

Personale davvero cordiale e accogliente; abbiamo prenotato all'ultimo momento a pranzo appena prima della chiusura e nonostante tutto ci hanno accolto col sorriso. Porzioni davvero abbondanti (il tagliere gigante per 4 persone in foto è davvero gigante, per non parlare dei primi), cibo ottimo e tradizionale, prezzi assolutamente nella norma. Informal and not very big place. Really friendly and welcoming staff; we booked at the last minute for lunch just before closing and despite everything they welcomed us with a smile. Really large portions (the giant cutting board for 4 people in the photo is really giant, not to mention the first ones), excellent and traditional food, absolutely normal prices.

Questo Ristorante non poteva avere un nome più azzeccato... infatti le ricette hanno tutti i sapori di una volta, piatti dai sapori "ricchi" e dalla porzione abbondante. L'ubicazione di fortuna, post terremoto, non incoraggia e invita il turista di passaggio... ma vi assicuro che la sua cucina merita un viaggio ! Da non perdere l'antipasto misto, la faraona, e le ricette al tartufo (per il dessert non avevo più posto !) Personalmente scoprire queste località e trovare persone decise a rimanere malgrado tanti sacrifici, saldati alle loro radici, meritano sicuramente un premio che va oltre al semplice turismo culinario, INSIEME possiamo aiutarli anche con la nostra semplice presenza ed una passeggiata digestiva !! (NON PERDIAMO QUESTI "SAPORI") DO NOT STOP AT APPEARANCES! This restaurant could not have had a more appropriate name ... in fact the recipes have all the flavors of the past, dishes with "rich" flavors and large portions. The makeshift location, after the earthquake, does not encourage and invite the passing tourist ... but I assure you that its cuisine is worth a trip! Do not miss the mixed appetizer, the guinea fowl, and the recipes with truffles (I had no room for dessert!) Personally discovering these places and finding people determined to stay despite many sacrifices, welded to their roots, certainly deserve a prize that goes beyond simple culinary tourism, TOGETHER we can also help them with our simple presence and a digestive walk !! Highly recommended, lamb, veal steak with fresh truffle, beans and pork rinds, tripe ..... it's worth it, very convenient to go out to colfiorito, 3 minutes by road.

Abbiamo preso il grande antipasto che abbiamo diviso in 3 e un primo a testa. Il prezzo di €20 A testa è più che giusto, considerato che abbiamo mangiato anche del tartufo. La cucina molto apprezzata. È stata la giusta ricompensa dopo una mattinata di divertimento e fatica. Ci ritorneremo!! We stopped to eat after a long excursion by mountain bike. Although it was almost 3pm, he made us eat without problems. We took the large appetizer which we divided into 3 and a first course each. The price of € 20 per person is more than fair, considering that we also ate some truffles. The highly appreciated cuisine. It was the right reward after a morning of fun and effort. Il formaggio stagionato al fieno sublime..... Le porzioni dei primi molto abbondanti e cucinati con attenzione nel rispetto degli ingredienti.....Quando passerò di nuovo da queste parti tornerò per provare altre pietanze. Il servizio è pronto e cortese... Prezzo assolutamente giusto. Per la categoria di ristorazione merita assolutamente 5 stelle. Bravi tutti The simplicity of no-nonsense authenticity (the beauty of finding exactly what you expect) The truly excellent tasting of cold cuts and cheeses from the area ... The sublime aged cheese with hay ..... The portions of the first very abundant and cooked with care respecting the ingredients ..... When I pass again in these parts I will come back to try other dishes. The service is prompt and courteous ... Price absolutely right. For the restaurant category it absolutely deserves 5 stars.
