La fondatrice Barbara maestra per eccellenza e grandissima persona.
Si respira un’aria di serenità e pace.
Non smetterò mai di ringraziare Akasa per avermi fatto conoscere quella parte di me che ancora non sapevo esistesse .

I have been practicing yoga in Akasa for 5 years now, and it is just like feeling at "home".
All teachers are prepared to listen to the needs of each individual practitioner!
The founder Barbara teacher par excellence and great person.
There is an air of serenity and peace.
I will never stop thanking Akasa for introducing me to that part of me that I still didn't know existed.
