The gym is well stocked. The staff puts us competence, soul and passion and they know how to transmit it. There are many classes at different times and even the nutritionist.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Coach bravi e preparati. Adatto anche per principianti, non è vero che devi essere già allenato per fare cross fit!. E poi il posto è bellissimo, curato e sempre pulito. E' così ben arredato che sembra di stare a casa!

appena si entra si ha la sensazione di un posto ordinato ed armonioso, l'ambiente è stato curato nei dettagli, la struttura è molto pulita, i coach sono estremamente disponibili e gentili per qualunque richiesta.

Nice in a square in the historic center of Lecce. I would add more cold dishes ... given the temperatures. In my opinion a tad bit too expensive.
