Servizio personalizzato con consigli alimentari, controllo BIA, misure e peso; si è seguiti x tutta la lezione: postura e preparazione pesi e macchinari in base alla propria scheda (che varia ogni mese). Spogliatoi pulitissimi, mai più di 5/6 persone in sala contemporaneamente. Quindi non si aspetta tra una serie e l'altra. In un'ora si fa l'allenamento senza perdite di tempo, gente che puzza, sbraita ad alta voce o lascia sporco. Doccia ottima con docciaschiuma, acqua da bere a volontà, asciugamano omaggio e parcheggio PRIVATO sotto la palestra. L'allenamento è su appuntamento (ovviamente) ed è possibile concordare i giorni fissi o variare ogni volta. Personalmente mi trovo veramente molto bene. Ovvio, costa un po' di più rispetto alle nuove palestre lowcost (strapiene di gente), ma il servizio è NETTAMENTE SUPERIORE. Gym of different conception. Of course, it costs a little more than the new low cost gyms (full of people), but the service is CLEARLY SUPERIOR.
