★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was our favorite hotel that we stayed at during our month-long trip to Italy in September 2017. Our biggest regret was that we only booked one night to stay there. It's only a short drive from the town of Orvieto so it's the perfect place to stay and visit other parts of Tuscany from. The owner, Caterina, has made this agriturismo into the most beautiful place - you can see her touches everywhere, from the towels in the bathroom to the plates used in the dining room. We decided to stay for dinner, which was the best decision we ever made! It was one of the best meals of our entire trip! It's a beautiful hotel in a beautiful location being run by a beautiful family. We look forward to seeing you again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oh my. This place is a hidden wonder. Set on a vineyard, overlooking an Umbrian valley it’s hard to fault this place. After being in Rome for a week the fresh air, extensive views & open space was just what we needed.
Caterina the owner & her staff were super friendly & helpful. Nothing was problem. The rooms were great, the amenities were outstanding (we played tennis, swam in the pool, threw frisbee, & sat in the evening sun drinking wine from their vineyard & then were served a 4 course dinner from their kitchen that was incredible. They even accommodated my gluten free needs without a fuss & our kids were totally satisfied every night.
A short drive to Orvieto this place is sensational.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A beautiful farmhouse set in its own grounds with pool and tennis and walks. My room was superb with my personal veranda, a power shower like no other to wake one up. Breakfast was good but Italian style - no eggs and bacon. Dinner can be taken there at reasonable prices and the wines from the vineyard were very good. You can go to the winerty for a tasting but this needs to be booked in advance. One word of warning the owner will send you directions if travelling by car, you should follow them to the letter as easy to get lost! Very helpful owner and staff - just wonderful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great location, beautiful views, the Vineyards Paradise house is incredible, wonderful wine tour, beware there is no air conditioning if you are there in the heat of the summer. But lots of good ventilation and a beautiful pool!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been to Italy 5 times by now. This place blew everything away by a long shot. Wonderful rooms, incredible estate, comfortable beds. Awesome customer service. And the food, oh my goodness what a marvelous dinner! The wine is bottled next door, on par with a 30 euro bottle in the shop but sold with hardly any markup for 1/3 of its store price. All in all the it’s not about the bargain but having a truly memorable experience. Thank you to all the Lapone staff and the owner for the unforgettable experience!

These are the words of Mr Dante Alighieri and I'm pretty, pretty sure he wrote them after eating n sleeping at Ole Lapone agriturismo. A place inherent of such beauty my eyes went mad with delight and my soul dared to leap out of the dull Swedish imprisonment it had found itself in for the major part of my 31 years on earth ?.
Earth ?. We all live here.
Come on over to Lapone Agriturismo. It'll be a good swell time.

Food is great, wine is produced locally and the host Caterina made our stay fantastic!
Would definitely recommend it for a stay immersed in relax and nature
