We stayed only one night but the beautiful location, excellent cleanliness and the really excellent rich breakfast buffet, also positive note for the friendliness

Wonderful view, it is a pity that the advertised private beach was not available, that it was not possible to benefit from an aperitif with a lake view in the evening as staff were not available.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nous avons residé durant trois nuits dans ce logement exceptionnel. Excellent accueil de Luigi et Mary. Plage privée, dégustation de vin locaux, très belle vue et de bons conseils pour profiter au mieux d'un séjour sur le lac de Côme.
We stayed for three nights in this exceptional accommodation. Excellent welcome from Luigi and Mary. Private beach, local wine tasting, great view and great tips for getting the most out of your stay on Lake Como.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Heavenly place surrounded by orchard, vegetable garden and park with breathtaking view at the lake in a calm and relaxing spot on Bellagio hill. Mary and Luigi have been more than helpful in getting informations and advices, buffet breakfast was something out of the ordinary with local products few of them produced by agriturismo itself.
