★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale preparato, disponibile, e in grado di soddisfare l'esigenza di chi cerca di fare affari o di risparmiare su acquisti immobiliari all'asta, , che se fossero eseguiti normalmente avrebbero prezzi difficilmente accessibili. Oggi ho partecipato ad un asta seguito da Agl, e mi sono aggiudicato un immobile risparmiando più di 70000 euro, ed ho così potuto realizzare un desiderio che avevo da tempo, e non sarei mai riuscito se fosse stato a prezzo di mercato, quindi grazie mille a tutti voi!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono rimasto molto deluso del servizio. Ho pagato 250 euro per iscrivermi, ma non mi hanno presentato per bene tutte le condizioni, nonostante ne avessi parlato molto chiaramente. Quando sono uscite fuori tutte le magagne a seguito primo sopralluogo, non c'è stata neanche possibilità di ritirare l'iscrizione! Fate attenzione perché se non avete liquidità (almeno 20% dell'asta da versare con bonifico per poter partecipare), non potete accedere alla stessa. Inoltre, il 90% delle proprietà hanno delle difformità, a volte lievi a volte no! Quelle sono a carico dell'acquirente. Alla fin fine che ci sia convenienza con un asta... È tutto da valutare!
