F	Flavia Turola on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Porto a riparare una tagliacuci e mi propongono uno sconto del 50% sull'importo della riparazione se acquisto la macchina da cucire (la mia ha 47 anni). Concordo che il limite della riparazione è di 80 euro (quindi sarebbero diventati 40). Vado a ritirare la macchina e la riparazione è diventata di 120 euro (ieri 100 quando mi ha telefonato per andare a ritirarla). Oltre alla mancanza di trasparenza mi mostrano il pedale della tagliacuci riparato (funzionava benissimo e aveva ancora un sacchetto protettivo da quando l'ho comprata). Il pedale NON era il mio! Mi hanno dato un pedale nuovo e portato la riparazione a 90 euro (pagati per intero ovviamente) ma la macchina da cucire non la compro sicuramente da loro. Pessima esperienza e totale mancanza di trasparenza e correttezza. Besides the lack of transparency they show me the overlock pedal repaired (it worked great and still had a protective bag from when I bought it). The pedal was NOT mine! They gave me a new pedal and brought the repair to 90 euros (paid in full of course) but I definitely don't buy the sewing machine from them. Bad experience and total lack of transparency and fairness.

Ancora migliore il servizio, l'insegnamento all'uso della macchina (compreso nel prezzo) é stato chiaro e soprattutto fondamentale per capire certe cose che magari vengono date per scontate (come oliare la macchina, per esempio) Fantastic sewing machine, it was recommended to me on the basis of my needs and I must say that I am having a great time! Even better the service, the teaching on the use of the machine (included in the price) was clear and above all fundamental to understand certain things that maybe are taken for granted (like oiling the machine, for example)

Il titolare era carino solo prima dell vendita della macchina da cucire.Ma quando mi serviva il pezzo che si era staccato dalla macchina ed io sono andata per comprare questo pezzo perché lo avevo perso, lui si é arrabbiato ed era nervoso,mi ha trattata male dicendo che i pezzi di ricambio non li ha e come era possibile che il pezzo si era staccato.. .Non metterò più neanche un piede nel suo negozio.Mi dispiace tanto che ho comprato una macchina da lui perché lui prima di venderla mi diceva che non ci saranno problemi per i pezzi di ricambio....addirittura la macchina era ancora in garanzia .. I wasn't lucky with the service. The owner was nice only before the sewing machine was sold, but when I needed the piece that had come off the machine and I went to buy this piece because I had lost it, he got angry and nervous, he treated me badly saying that he does not have the spare parts and how it was possible that the part had come off .. .I will never set foot in his shop again. I am so sorry that I bought a car from him because he told me before selling it that there will be no problems for spare parts .... even the car was still under warranty. .

Sono davvero molto soddisfatta, tornerò sicuramente ad acquistare altre macchine. Federico, il proprietario, anche se giovane ha tanta esperienza e sa consigliare il cliente in maniera eccellente. Se avete bisogno di articoli da cucito questo è il posto giusto al 100%. I bought a Necchi over and sew at a very honest price that works perfectly. I am really very satisfied, I will definitely be back to buy other machines. Federico, the owner, although young, has a lot of experience and knows how to advise the customer in an excellent way.
