★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Volevamo prenotare una crociera sul fiume Tagliamento a bordo di Emerald River come pubblicizzato da questa agenzia, così venerdì ho chiamato alla stessa per avere informazioni in quanto sul sito non risultavano in programma viaggi dopo il 25 agosto. Una signorina molto gentile mi ha fornito tutte le informazioni necessarie dicendomi che la prenotazione si poteva fare solamente in loco pagando subito la quota. Molto bene. Il giorno successivo, cioè sabato mattina, con la mia famiglia, ci siamo recati a Lignano Pineta (non Lignano Sabbiadoro come scritto sul sito) per effettuare la prenotazione. Dopo l'attesa in fila per 15 minuti, è arrivato il nostro turno. Entriamo, alla postazione nr. 4 ci attendeva un signore che, subito scocciato dalla nostra richiesta, ci ha detto che fuori c'era la fila che attendeva per sbrigare le pratiche riguardanti gli appartamenti e quindi di tornare il giorno successivo. Gentilmente abbiamo spiegato che avevamo fatto più di 70 km per andare espressamente a prenotare come aveva detto il giorno prima la sua gentilissima collega, ma non c'è stato verso. Questo signore ha continuato a brontolare dicendo che non era compito suo e che aveva altro lavoro da fare. Oltre ad aver precisato che in un periodo come questo che stiamo vivendo, mi sembrava assurdo non poter effettuare una prenotazione online, e, dopo la quarta volta che dicevo a questa persona che, se non aveva voglia di farci la prenotazione, ce ne saremmo andati senza alcun problema, in quanto gli unici a perderci sarebbero stati loro (noi altre escursioni le troviamo senza problemi), abbiamo girato i tacchi e ce ne siamo andati.
Sicuramente in futuro, se dovessi aver bisogno di un'agenzia per prenotare vacanze o altro, escluderò questa.
We wanted to book a cruise on the Tagliamento River aboard the Emerald River as advertised by this agency, so on Friday I called them for information as there were no trips scheduled on the site after 25 August. A very kind lady gave me all the necessary information telling me that the reservation could only be done on site by paying the fee immediately. Very good. The next day, that is Saturday morning, with my family, we went to Lignano Pineta (not Lignano Sabbiadoro as written on the website) to make the reservation. After waiting in line for 15 minutes, it was our turn. We enter, at station no. 4 a gentleman was waiting for us who, immediately annoyed by our request, told us that outside there was a queue waiting to deal with the paperwork regarding the apartments and then to return the next day. We kindly explained that we had done more than 70 km to go expressly to book as his very kind colleague had said the day before, but there was no way. This gentleman continued to grumble that it was not his job and that he had other work to do. In addition to having specified that in a period like this we are experiencing, it seemed absurd to me not to be able to make a reservation online, and, after the fourth time I told this person that, if he did not want to make a reservation, we would leave without any problem, as the only ones to lose us would have been them (we other excursions can find them without problems), we turned our heels and left.
Surely in the future, if I need an agency to book holidays or anything else, I will exclude this one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo prenotato le ferie estive tramite questa agenzia. Quello che abbiamo avuto è una cattiva esperienza. Abbiamo riscontrato problemi di pulizia e vari malfunzionamenti nell'appartamento che ci è stato assegnato. Abbiamo richiesto subito assistenza il giorno dopo, alcuni piccoli problemi ci sono stati risolti altri invece no perché probabilmente troppo costosi da gestire. La cosa che più non tollero è che l appartamento venga consegnato sporco.
We booked the summer holidays through this agency. What we have had is a bad experience. We have encountered cleaning problems and various malfunctions in the apartment that has been assigned to us. We immediately requested assistance the next day, some small problems were solved, others were not because they were probably too expensive to manage. The thing I no longer tolerate is that the apartment is handed over dirty.

Quick booking, quick negotiations, check-in early in the morning after a long journey from the south of Italy was very nice. We visited Lignano for the second time with this agency and satisfaction. I recommend. Lignano is equally the best ??
