Non scendo in particolari per la privacy....
Inoltre, probabilmente per acquisire un maggior numero di immobili da chi vuole vendere, gonfiano i prezzi in maniera eccessiva, anche rispetto alle altre agenzie.. Così, se dovete vendere, rischiate di trovarvi con un immobile che non riuscite a vendere perché troppo caro, e vi bruciate la piazza...
La mia opinione personale? .. Stateci alla larga!
