★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Delle Agenzie Immobiliari delle quali mi sono servito la Tecnocasa di Via Roma Cesenatico è stata la migliore in assoluto per Cortesia,Professionalità,Efficienza ed Onestà.Tutte queste qualità appartengono a tutto lo staff,ma in particolar modo al titolare Lorenzo che ispira subito fiducia e simpatia e che fa di tutto per accontentare le richieste dei clienti prendendosi cura di tutte le varie fasi della vendita (e dico tutte compreso le volture delle bollette,della Tari,...!) Rivolgersi a questa Agenzia è stata la scelta giusta e ,se ne avrò bisogno in futuro,non esiterò a fare altrettanto.Dimenticavo un particolare importante : ho constatato che l’obiettivo primario è dedicarsi al cliente per raggiungere un risultato finale che sia equo sia per il venditore che per il compratore ,il tutto non tanto per il compenso finale ,ma maggiormente per una propria gratificazione personale che va al di là del denaro e tale soddisfazione si realizza e viene quindi a coincidere con la soddisfazione dei clienti!!Insomma una esperienza che mi ha arricchito grazie a Lorenzo!!??
Of the Real Estate Agencies I used, Tecnocasa in Via Roma Cesenatico was the best ever for Courtesy, Professionalism, Efficiency and Honesty.All these qualities belong to all the staff, but especially to the owner Lorenzo who immediately inspires trust and sympathy and who does everything to satisfy customer requests by taking care of all the various stages of the sale (and I mean all including the transfer of bills, of the Tari, ...!) Contacting this Agency was the right choice and, if I need it in the future, I will not hesitate to do the same. I was forgetting an important detail: I found that the primary objective is to dedicate ourselves to the customer to achieve a final result that is fair for both the seller and the buyer, all not so much for the final compensation, but mostly for one's own personal gratification that goes beyond money and this satisfaction is achieved and therefore coincides with the satisfaction of customers !! In short, an experience that has enriched me thanks to Lorenzo !! ??
