Grazie a questa esperienza positiva sono tornata qualche mese fa per cercare un luogo dove poter svolgere la mia attività. Devo dire che ci sono stati molti problemi causati dai vecchi affittuari insolventi. Emanuele si è caricato sulle spalle tutte le problematiche ed è riuscito a risolvere in modo ineccepibile. È proprio davanti alle difficoltà che viene fuori la grande professionalità. Mi sento assolutamente sicura di consigliare quest’agenzia sia a chi cerca un affitto, sia a chi ha degli immobili da affittare. Sono seri, professionali e molto preparati. Seguono il cliente in ogni cosa, anche dopo la firma del contratto come ad esempio l’attivazione delle utenze.

Ci ha seguito in tutti i passaggi nell'intermediazione con il proprietario assicurandosi che avessimo sempre le risposte alle nostre domande nonché nei momenti successivi all'ingresso in appartamento (ad es: per la gestione volture utenze, etc. ) per assicurarsi che fosse tutto pronto e in linea con le nostre aspettative.
