Presenza, supporto telefonico, email, whatsapp: sempre pronti con tempi di risposta minimi. Preparati dal punto di vista tecnico-amministrativo.
Ci hanno seguito in tutto, ci hanno consigliato. I documenti in ordine, la trasparenza, i rapoprti con amministratore e notaio: tutto perfetto.
Leandro e Paola 2 Professionisti come pochi in un settore non sempre limpido.
Professionally impeccable, but not only: nice, smart, reactive. They left a fussy person like me in awe.
Presence, telephone support, email, whatsapp: always ready with minimal response times. Prepare yourself from a technical-administrative point of view.
They followed us in everything, they advised us. Documents in order, transparency, reports with administrator and notary: all perfect.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho appena comprato un appartamento con questa agenzia....sono stata seguita da Michele.... assolutamente niente da dire!!!!....mi ha seguita e supportata dalla proposta d'acquisto al rogito finale.... c'è stato qualche intoppo ( non x colpa sua) ma lui era sempre presente e attento....e col suo modo di fare riusciva a farmi sentire al sicuro e protetta!!
I just bought an apartment with this agency .... I was followed by Michele .... absolutely nothing to say !!!! .... she followed me and supported by the purchase proposal at the final deed .... there was some hitch (not his fault) but he was always present and attentive .... and with his way of doing he managed to make me feel safe and protected !!

I'm not good at reviews but I'll tell you a couple of things. It took me longer to do the review than it took them to sell me the apartment?? in short, they sold it in 10 days
And I wasn't ready to give up yet ..
Then Leandro was very precise and very professional .. they are a great team ...

Posso dire che è un’agenzia che realizza i desideri delle persone con grande competenza, infatti grazie a loro ho ottenuto proprio la vendita che volevo…..ed in soli 14 giorni.
Grazie a tutto lo staff (mitica la Paola ?) ma soprattutto ringrazio Leandro…. quando da sola fai scelte importanti come vendere casa tua, sentirsi in “buone mani” è essenziale e tu mi ci hai fatto sempre sentire.
