La ragazza in sala oltre ad essere professionale, è molto cordiale e carina. Dagli antipasti ai dolci...tutto molto molto buono e di qualità. Consigliatissimo Torneremo senz'altro 28/11/2021 Siamo ritornati stasera.. ..UNA CONFERMA BRAVI I dined in this restaurant for the first time with my husband and my two children. Exceptional!! Besides being professional, the girl in the room is very friendly and nice. From appetizers to desserts ... all very very good and of quality. Il locale è in stile moderno ma forse un po' anonimo. Personale cortese. Positive experience, few well-prepared dishes, the menu is updated from time to time. I found everything good. The restaurant is modern in style but perhaps a little anonymous. Courteous staff.

In generale mi aspettavo dei piatti con un po' più di spinta invece era si tutto buono ma non eccellente. Per mio gusto personale era tutto nella norma ma facendo un rapporto qualità prezzo avrei voluto dei piatti eccezionali con sapori unici che non trovo in altri ristoranti. I dolci (una panna cotta e un tortino al cioccolato dal cuore morbido) erano abbastanza anonimi. Magari sono partita io con aspettative molto alte ma sottolineo sempre per mio gusto personale non ho riscontrato questo alto livello nei piatti che ho assaggiato. Due antipasti due primi due dolci una bottiglia di prosecco da 20 euro la spesa è stata di 110 euro. Nota positiva l'acqua in vetro compresa con il coperto di 3.50 euro. The location is very nice, the staff kind and professional, good appetizers and first courses while the dessert disappointed me a little. In general I was expecting dishes with a little more thrust but it was all good but not excellent. For my personal taste everything was in the norm but doing a value for money I would have wanted exceptional dishes with unique flavors that I do not find in other restaurants. The desserts (a panna cotta and a soft-hearted chocolate cake) were fairly anonymous. Maybe I started with very high expectations but I always stress for my personal taste I have not found this high level in the dishes I tasted. Two appetizers two first two desserts a bottle of prosecco from 20 euros the cost was 110 euros. Positive note: the water in glass included with the cover charge of 3.50 euros.
L	Luca Semola on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo prenotato con The Fork con poche ore di anticipo e trovato posto senza problemi. La Tratta é situato vicino al centro di Cesenatico, c'è da tenerne conto per parcheggiare. L'offerta é pressoché interamente a base di pesce, fresco e ben cucinato. C'è grande attenzione nella presentazione e nella valorizzazione della materia prima, con porzioni adatte alla degustazione della proposta (non é il posto adatto per fare abbuffate - a scanso di equivoci). Veramente buono il risotto ai frutti di mare e il trancio di rana pescatrice in foto. Il servizio é di alto livello, ci ha colpito la cortesia e la premura dei camerieri considerando che l'atmosfera é molto tranquilla e mai formale. Il prezzo é totalmente in linea con l'offerta e il livello del servizio. Aggiungo che con The Fork siamo riusciti anche a spuntare uno sconto, che non é determinante nell'ottica del giudizio super positivo che diamo, ma che resta gradito. We booked with The Fork a few hours in advance and found a place without problems. La Tratta is located near the center of Cesenatico, you have to take this into account when parking. The offer is almost entirely based on fish, fresh and well cooked. There is great attention in the presentation and enhancement of the raw material, with portions suitable for tasting the proposal (it is not the right place to binge - for the avoidance of doubt). The seafood risotto and the monkfish steak in the photo are really good. The service is of a high standard, we were struck by the courtesy and attentiveness of the waiters considering that the atmosphere is very quiet and never formal. The price is totally in line with the offer and the level of service. I add that with The Fork we also managed to get a discount, which is not decisive in view of the super positive judgment we give, but which remains welcome.

Amen, piatti ottimi e qualità prezzo eccelsa. Posto pulito e curato, torneremo!!
