Una struttura accogliente e con persone gentili e qualificate, ho apprezzato ed usufruito con molta soddisfazione della professionalità da loro fornitami, la consiglio a chiunque abbia pensato di rivolgersi ad un agenzia immobiliare. In Italia ci sono più di 60.000 agenti immobiliari abilitati all'esercizio della professione, e molti di loro non sanno neanche che cosa significa essere un agente immobiliare, pensano che far parte della categoria sia sufficiente per ritenersi un agente immobiliare competente e professionale. Qui non è così. Il personale dell' Agenzia Torresan è onesto e sincero nella sua comunicazione e valutazione immobiliare. Ho affidato loro tre immobili da vendere e sono riusciti a trovare gli acquirenti degli immobili in tempi brevi supportandomi in tutte le attività burocratiche utili alla buona conclusione della compravendita (contatti con il tecnico per la certificazione energetica, contatti con il geometra per le pratiche del catasto, contatti con il notaio). Con Davide e Maurizio ci siamo trovati benissimo, si sono occupati di tutto con professionalità e l'acquisto dell'immobile si è concluso senza problemi. Anche con l'emergenza sanitaria di mezzo siamo sempre stati tranquilli con una comunicazione rapida e chiara. Professionalmente me ne intendo per cui posso dare un'opinione oggettiva. Mi hanno sgravato di molte incombenze e aiutata anche in questioni non di loro competenza. Non si paga mai volentieri nulla oltre all'impegno di acquistare una casa, ma sinceramente ritengo che il loro compenso (in linea con il mercato) sia meritato.
