Avevo già individuato il compratore, ma non volevo occuparmi direttamente della parte burocratica (non essendo un'esperta avevo paura di dimenticare dei passaggi, commettere errori e, conseguentemente, far perdere a me e al potenziale nuovo proprietario un'infinità di tempo ed energia). Sono stata seguita dall'agente Andrea Rosso di cui ho apprezzato enormemente la disponibilità, la cortesia e la precisione nel lavoro. Non ci sono state sorprese in negativo... semmai, il contrario. La vendita si è risolta in tempi rapidi e tutto è stato svolto in modo chiaro e pulito, senza intoppi. Costo adeguato alla prestazione. Agenzia immobiliare consigliatissima. They provided me with all the service one could possibly desire when I bought a house in Padova. I also had various rental contracts with the agency, as did some of my friends and colleagues. I can recommend the agency to whomever is interested in renting or buying in house in or around Padova. In general, real estate agencies do not enjoy the best of reputations, but I dare say that Tetto Rosso is an exception!
