Una volta trovato il mio bilocale non ho dovuto pensare più a nulla, ha fatto e organizzato tutto lui, dall'incontro con il venditore, alle visite dell'immobile e per finire l'appuntamento con il notaio. Ottima comunicabilità e professionalità. Non escludo di rivolgermi a lui per un prossimo investimento. Fin dal primo incontro ho avuto la sensazione di avere a che fare con una persona competente e onesta. A cominciare dalla stima dal valore dell'immobile, la differenza tra Andrea e altri agenti che avevo incontrato in precedenza e' stata abissale. Mentre gli altri parevano essere interessati alla mera assunzione del mandato offrendomi stime superficiali e alquanto distanti di reali valori di mercato, Andrea al contrario, fin dal sopralluogo ha considerato e documentato in maniera analitica tutti i fattori che determinano il valore di un'immobile. Nello specifico e differenza di altri, Andrea ha stilato una perizia nella quale non solo veniva considerato il trend delle compra-vendite nel mercato locale, ma anche i punti di forza, le debolezze e le opportunità che caratterizzavano l'immobile stesso. Una vera e propria analisi marketing finalizzata stabilire il valore dell'immobile per uscire quindi con prezzo di vendita realistico.
