Mai più questa assistenza!!! Bad service: twice after making the appointment for the repair / maintenance of the boiler, they canceled the intervention half an hour earlier. Evidenzio la competenza e professionalità dei servizi..... sopratutto nel pronto intervento nel post lavoro. Consiglio questa azienda I renovated a semi-detached house this year to start a new Bed & Breakfast receptive activity, and I used the PILLI MONICA THERMO-HYDRAULIC for the execution of new water systems, replacement condensing boiler with provision for solar and the realization of bathrooms one of which is suitable for the disabled. Non richiamano, chiamo io alle 16 e mi confermano l'intervento . Il giorno dopi non si presentano e devo telefonare per sentirmi dire che non vengono più. Pagliacci!! Il tecnico è arrivato puntualissimo all'appuntamento per il sopralluogo, peccato che sembrava avesse capito le mie esigenze e invece abbia riportato informazioni errate, non volendosi appuntare nulla...la signora al telefono (che fa anche i preventivi) si è rifiutata categoricamente di rifarmi il preventivo in base alle mie richieste (tra l'altro, richieste anche da parte di AceGasApsAmga) e che il tecnico mi aveva detto che era fattibilissimo. Infatti poi ho chiamato un'altra ditta e e il lavoro è stato fatto come chiedevo io. Contacted some time ago for plumbing work to replace the gas meter. Dopo una discussione è quindi andato a prenderla in magazzino addebitando a nostre spese la mezzora in più di lavoro. Infine dopo aver fatto anche una verifica delle emissioni e la sostituzione di una valvola, senza chiedere nulla prima di effettuarla, ci ha presentato il conto di 140€.
