P	Privato on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Può anche darsi che siano cortesi perché per lavoro, se vogliono che i potenziali clienti divengano tali, devono esserlo, ma questo non vuol dire che lo siano anche quando li incontri per strada in seguito, o che una volta fatto il contratto ti seguano realmente. Le stelle messe si riferiscono comunque ai prezzi che hanno e che fanno, ed al fatto che quando una persona cerca casa non sempre conviene valutare solo il potenziale cliente, quindi quello che ha già scelto tramite quell'agenzia perché ha avuto la fortuna e la possibilità di trovare giusta l'abitazione proposta, ma anche quello che ha bisogno di aiuto nel cercare una casa perché magari nel sito non trova quella che fa al caso suo e quindi telefona, e richiamarlo davvero quando si promette la telefonata, che sia per un sì o che sia per un no. Altrimenti la presunta cordialità vale quello che vale.. appunto, e in questi termini non vale molto. Non conosceva i dettagli tecnici dell'immobile, ad ogni singola domanda rispondeva con imbarazzante disagio dando informazioni errate. Leggendo personalmente i dettagli catastali dell'immobile mi sono reso conto che sarebbe meglio fare da soli. A qualche domanda, l'addetto mi ha anche risposto:"ma a Lei cosa interessa.......?" Risposta totalmente inadeguata ad un cliente che dovrebbe pagare all'agenzia una percentuale per il servizio. Zero assoluto. Totalmente insoddisfatto Staff certainly quick in showing the building concerned, but incompetent.
