★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non si prendono cura del cliente quanto dovrebbero, nemmeno danno notizia sulla cessione di una casa ad un'altra famiglia anche se viene richiesto esplicitamente, per poter valutare l'offerta. Non consigliata.
They do not take care of the client as much as they should, they do not even report on the sale of a house to another family even if explicitly requested, in order to evaluate the offer. Not recommended.

Nonostante le continue rassicurazioni dell’ impiegata, circa la loro disponibilità a farmi richiamare dall incaricata per le locazioni, non ho mai ricevuto alcuna chiamata e tanto meno alcuna risposta alle e-mail inviate!
For a week I chased them by phone to try to make an appointment for a visit to an accommodation.
Despite the constant assurances of the employee, about their willingness to be called back by the person in charge for the leases, I have never received any calls, much less any response to the e-mails sent!
