Attenzione, non fatevi trarre in inganno dal nome del locale... Non fanno solo patatine ma tantissimo altro gustosissimo. Personale gentilissimo. Great stuffed toast and burgers. Very fresh fries. I recommend the Family portion of the latter. Attention, do not be fooled by the name of the place ... They do not only make chips but a lot of other very tasty. Staff very kind.

Si sente che è tutto fatto al momento ed è di qualità. Ritorno qua dopo 3 anni(giugno 2018 la prima esperienza, non essendo del luogo)con tante speranze di trovate le vere patatine come in Belgio ed Olanda, e tali speranze sono state assolutamente confermate. Grazie davvero The super nice, helpful and nice staff. The fries are truly the best in all of Friuli. It feels like it's all done on the spot and it's quality. I return here after 3 years (June 2018 the first experience, not being local) with many hopes of finding the real chips like in Belgium and Holland, and these hopes have been absolutely confirmed. Thank you very much

Sì possono consumare sul posto grazie a dei comodi tavoli all'aperto oppure della possibilità del take away. Anche il menù è ricco. Great fresh fries fried at the moment. Good value for money. Yes they can consume on the spot thanks to the comfortable outdoor tables or the possibility of take away. The menu is also rich.
N	Noemi Pesce on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho ordinato una porzione di patatine “family” chiedendo espressamente se per la consegna a domicilio ci fosse un minimo di spesa, mi viene detto assolutamente di no e che per la consegna però ci sarebbe voluta un’ora, confermo alle ore 20.36 che va bene. Alle ore 22.27 dopo due ore di attesa mi chiama la persona che consegna e mi aspetta dall’altro lato della strada, gli porgo 10€ e mi dice che ci sono 3€ di consegna (NESSUNO lo ha comunicato durante l’ordine, nonostante abbia espressamente chiesto) in più il rider mi dice di non avere il resto (avevo 10€) ergo avrei dovuto pagare 10€ per delle patatine dal valore di 6€ arrivate con 1 ora di ritardo. Quando dico al rider che mi sembra assurdo non avere il resto visto che era appena partito, e che dovevano arrivare un’ora prima, mi dice “se non le va bene le porto indietro arrivederci “ … non le ho ovviamente prese. Non contesto la richiesta di spesa di 3€, ma non è giustificabile non comunicare la spesa al cliente e soprattutto pretendere 1€ in più di mancia, e neanche dire che ci sarà 1 ora di attesa e far attendere due ore, senza prendersi la briga di avvisare il cliente. Peccato!!! I ordered a portion of "family" potato chips expressly asking if there was a minimum cost for home delivery, I am told absolutely no and that delivery, however, would take an hour, I confirm at 20.36 that it is okay . At 22.27 after two hours of waiting the delivery person calls me and waits for me on the other side of the road, I hand him € 10 and tells me that there are € 3 delivery (NO ONE has communicated this during the order, despite having expressly asked) in addition the rider tells me not to have the change (I had 10 €) so I would have to pay 10 € for some chips worth 6 € arrived 1 hour late. When I tell the rider that it seems absurd to me not to have the change since he had just left, and that they had to arrive an hour earlier, he tells me "if it doesn't suit you I'll bring them back goodbye" ... I obviously didn't take them. I do not contest the request for a cost of € 3, but it is not justifiable not to communicate the expense to the customer and above all to ask for an extra € 1 tip, nor to say that there will be 1 hour of waiting and making them wait two hours, without bothering to notify the customer.
