La sera in cui abbiamo cenato al Castello Formentini abbiamo apprezzato la sua cucina e lo abbiamo poi conosciuto.
Ne è nata un'amicizia. Pubblicamente ammetto quindi che sono di parte ma che sono assolutamente innamorato della sua cucina e del suo modo di amare il cibo. Sono assolutamente felice per questa sua nuova esperienza nella città in cui ho frequentato il liceo...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Da diverso tempo che mangio le delizie del ristorante, le pizze gourmet le ho provate quasi tutte, i vari antipasti, primi e secondi anche, devo dire che il cibo è buonissimo, tutto di qualitá, il servizio è ottimo, lo chef è molto bravo e gentile e la cameriera molto gentile e simpatica, purtroppo dato la situazione sanitaria non ho mai mangiato dentro, ma solo da asporto, però merita lo stesso. Bravissimi tutti??

Le pietanze sono molto ricercate e di qualità eccelsa. Sono presenti nel menù anche pizze gourmet. Prezzi adeguati alla qualità, ma inaspettatamente non troppo alti.
Ciò che mi ha sorpreso è stata sicuramente l'accoglienza e la cortesia sia del titolare che del personale impiegato. Meriterebbe certamente 6 stelle se fosse possibile. Penso che chi visita Chef You Too una volta, sa che tornerà! Ottimo
Located in the center of Gorizia, a few steps from the town, it offers a variety of dishes both for a frugal passage and for a dinner in pleasant company. The dishes are highly sought after and of excellent quality. There are also gourmet pizzas on the menu. Prices adequate for the quality, but unexpectedly not too high.
What surprised me was certainly the welcome and courtesy of both the owner and the staff employed. It would certainly deserve 6 stars if that were possible. I think anyone who visits Chef You Too once knows they will come back! Great
