Abbiamo appena concluso l'acquisto della nostra prima casa e siamo stati seguiti dall' agenzia Civico 1. Che dire, non potevamo sperare di meglio! Sono sempre stati molto chiari e limpidi nelle spiegazioni di tutti i vari passaggi da fare durante questo percorso, ci hanno seguito passo passo facendosi trovare sempre disponibili ogni volta che ne avevamo bisogno, ci sono sempre stati di sostegno nei momenti più stressanti quando ci assaliva qualche preoccupazione (ovviamente non dovuta al lavoro dell'agenzia) senza mai risponderci in modo scocciato o frettoloso. L'agenzia Civico 1 mette davanti a tutto la soddisfazione del cliente.
Grazie Civico 1, vi siamo grati per aver realizzato il nostro sogno!!!

We couldn't ask for better!
We have just completed the purchase of our first home and we have been followed by the Civico 1 agency. What can I say, we could not have hoped for better! They have always been very clear and limpid in the explanations of all the various steps to take during this journey, they followed us step by step making themselves always available whenever we needed them, they were always supportive in the most stressful moments when someone assaulted us. concern (obviously not due to the work of the agency) without ever replying in an annoyed or hasty way. The Civico 1 agency puts customer satisfaction first.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo contattato questa agenzia dopo aver visto un annuncio su un noto portale di affitti case. Dopo aver lasciato i nostri dati alla segretaria, siamo stati ricontattati e abbiamo avuto la possibilità di vedere l'appartamento nel giro di pochissimi giorni. Da parte nostra c'è stata un'immediata conferma visto il gradimento nei confronti dell'immobile. La trattativa con i proprietari è risultata estremamente fluida. Ci sono stati illustrati nei dettagli tutti i passaggi da effettuare e ad ogni nostro invio di documentazione/modulistica è stata data immediata risposta. Per concludere siamo stati invitati presso gli uffici dell'agenzia, per firmare il contratto e per la consegna delle chiavi. Al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato un ambiente moderno e dinamico.
L'agenzia ci ha dato supporto anche nella fase post-firma. Ne abbiamo usufruito per alcune questioni legate al subentro utenze e anche in questo caso risposta istantanea.
Tempo intercorso tra la visita dell'appartamento e la firma del contratto: 15 giorni.
Note aggiuntive: i servizi efficienti e il lavoro ben svolto vanno retribuiti equamente. È senza ombra di dubbio giusto ed è così che le cose possono continuare a funzionare con elevati standard. Visto però che si può sempre migliorare... in alcuni casi specifici come ad es. permanenze brevi, da un punto di vista economico-finanziario, andrebbero secondo noi ritoccate leggermente le percentuali di provvigione. Comprendiamo che il lavoro necessario per le pratiche e il tempo da dedicarvi sia lo stesso dei contratti standard, ma è proprio per questo che si darebbe un valore aggiunto al proprio business e alla propria immagine.

We contacted this agency after seeing an ad on a well-known home rental portal. After leaving our data with the secretary, we were contacted and we had the opportunity to see the apartment within a few days. From our side, there was an immediate confirmation given the satisfaction with the property. The negotiation with the owners was extremely fluid. All the steps to be carried out were illustrated in detail and an immediate response was given to each of our sending of documentation / forms. Finally, we were invited to the agency's offices, to sign the contract and to hand over the keys. Upon our arrival we found a modern and dynamic environment.
The agency also supported us in the post-signature phase. We used it for some questions related to the takeover of utilities and also in this case an instant response.
Time elapsed between the visit of the apartment and the signing of the contract: 15 days.
Additional Notes: Efficient services and work well done should be paid fairly. It is undoubtedly right and this is how things can continue to operate with high standards. However, since you can always improve ... in some specific cases such as eg. short stays, from an economic-financial point of view, in our opinion, the commission percentages should be slightly adjusted. We understand that the work required for the paperwork and the time to devote to it is the same as for standard contracts, but it is precisely for this reason that you would add value to your business and your image.
Overall, passed with flying colors!
