Dopo aver prenotato tramite WhatsApp un noleggio, fornendo queste indicazioni (copio da messaggio) : "Codice volo:TK1361 da Istanbul, atterraggio previsto alle 00:15 del 30/08" uscito dal terminal non c'era nessuno ad attendermi. Li ho chiamati e, mentre in un primo momento mi hanno detto di attendere alla colonna del meeting ncc, dopo 5 minuti mi hanno richiamato dicendo che il mio messaggio era sbagliato perché -secondo loro- avevo prenotato un ncc per il giorno successivo, sostanzialmente per le 24:15 del 30/08 (orario che non esiste in nessun paese del mondo). Professionalità!
Posso tollerare l'errore, ma addossare la colpa sul cliente, senza peraltro avere minimamente ragione, è inaccettabile. Sconsigliato se cercate affidabilità

After booking a rental through WhatsApp, providing these indications (copy from message): "Flight code: TK1361 from Istanbul, landing scheduled at 00:15 on 08/30" left the terminal there was no one waiting for me. I called them and, while at first they told me to wait at the meeting column, after 5 minutes they called me back saying my message was wrong because - according to them - I had booked an NCC for the next day, basically for 24:15 of 30/08 (time that does not exist in any country in the world). Professionalism!
I can tolerate the error, but putting the blame on the customer, without having the slightest reason, is unacceptable. Not recommended if you are looking for reliability
